Ադրբեջանում ընթացող բռնաճնշումների հետ կապված քննարկումներ են անցկացվում Եվրախորհրդարանում: Նախատեսվում է' որպես քննարկումների արդյունք, որոշում ընդունել: Եվրոպայի խորհրդարանի մի խումբ պատգամավորների պատրաստած որոշման նախագիծը տեղադրվել է կառույցի կայքում: Նախագծում տեղ են գտել Ադրբեջանում իրագործվող ռեպրեսիաները, այդ թվում' իրավապաշտպանների ձերբակալությունները, ազատ մամուլի նկատմամբ ճնշումները, ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպությ ուններին լռեցնելը: Այլ հարցերին զուգահեռ առաջարկվում է Ադրբեջանի չինովնիկների նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել:
«Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է Եվրախորհրդարանում քննարկման հանված որոշման նախագիծը:
Նախագծում մեկ առ մեկ ներկայացվում են եվրոպական կառույցների առաջ Ադրբեջանի ստանձնած պարտավորությունները, և հիշեցվում, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները կյանքի չեն կոչում դրանց գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը:
Նշվում է, որ վերջին շրջանում Ադրբեջանում աճել են հասարակական և քաղաքական ակտիվիստների, ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպությունների, իրավապաշտպանների, երիտասարդների, մամուլի օրգանների, ընդդիմադիր ուժերի, սոցիալական ցանցերի ակտիվիստների և լրագրողների դեմ աննախադեպ ճնշումներն ու ձերբակալությունները:
Եվրախորհրդարանը Ադրբեջանի իշխանությանը կոչ է անում անհապաղ ազատ արձակել քաղաքացիական հասարակության ձերբակալված ակտիվիստներին, չեղյալ համարել նրանց նկատմամբ ներկայացված բոլոր մեղադրանքները, գտնել և պատժել բոլոր իրական մեղավորներին, վերացնել ԶԼՄ-ների գրաքննչությունը, վերջ դնել հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, ազատ մամուլի, ընդդիմադիր ուժերի,կ իրավապաշտպանների, երիտասարդների և սոցցանցերի ակտիվիստների դեմ ռեպրեսիաներին:
Կոչ է արվում դադարեցնել Եվրահանձնաժողովի՝ հարևանության քաղաքականության շրջանակում Ադրբեջանին հատկացվող ֆինանսավորումը:
Եվրահանձնաժողովի անդամ երկրներին և Եվրամիությանը կոչ է արվում ֆինանսական աջակցություն ցուցաբերել Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը:
Եվրամիությանը ևանդամ երկրներին կոչ է արվում ուժեղ քաղաքական աջակցություն ցուցաբերել Ադրբեջանի անկախ կազմակերպություններին, ինչպես նաև ամենաբարձր մակարդակով Ադրբեջանի կառավարության առաջ բարձրացնել ռեպրեսիաները դադարեցնելու հարցը:
Հիշեցնելով 2012 թվականի մայիսի 24-ի հայտարարագիրը, նախագծում Եվրամիության խորհրդին կոչ է արվում Ադրբեջանում ռեպրեսիաները շարունակվելու դեպքում բարձրացնել մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների համար պատասխանատվություն կրող անձանց նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու հարցը:
Նախագծում պատգամավորները Եվրախորհրդարանի նախագահին խորհուրդ են տալիս վերջնագիրն ուղարկել Եվրոպայի արտաքին հարաբերությունների ծառայությանը, Եվրամիության խորհրդին, Եվրահանձնաժողովին, Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը և խորհրդարանին, Եվրոպայի Խորհրդին, ԵԱՀԿ-ին և ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդին:
Քննարկումներին մասնակցած բանախոսները կարծում են, որ չնայած Ադրբեջանը դեպի Եվրոպա գազի մատակարար է, պետք է դադարեցնել նրա հետ ռազմավարական և առևտրային համագործակցությունը, մինչև Ադրբեջանը չհարգի մարդու իրավունքները:
