Ինչպես գրում է Huffington Post-ը` թեև կենդանիներին տանջանքներից ազատելու համար հիմա էլ երբեմն սատկացնում են, նրանցից շատերը փրկվում են ժամանակակից բժշկության և տեխնոլոգիաների շնորհիվ: Այժմ կենդանիներին ևս երկրորդ կյանքի հնարավորություն է տրվում պրոթեզային վերջույթների շնորհիվ:
