Պոկերի հայազգի արքան՝ Դան Բիլզերյանը 30 տարեկան հասակում արդեն 2 սրտի կաթված է ստացել: Այս պատմությունը ծավալվել է 5 օրվա ընթացքում: Դենը պատմում է, որ առաջին օրը նա իր ընկերոջ մոտ ծանոթանում է մի գեղեցիկ թռչնակի հետ, որի հետ գնում է բար ու մի քանի հարյուր դոլարի ալկոհոլ են խմում, ինչից հետո գնում են աղջկա տուն ու մինչև առավոտյան 6-7-ը սեքսով են զբաղվում: Հենց նա քնում է, մի կես ժամ հետո նրա ընկերն է զանգում ու հրավիրում ժամանցի: Դենը սուրճ է խմում, լոգանք ընդունում ու ողջ օրը սնոուբորդ է քշում ու խնջույքի մասնակցում իր ընկերների հետ: Այն աստիճան, որ նա վատանում է ու սկսում է հետ տալ ու շատ վատ զգալ, ուստի էլի չի քնում: Նույն գիշեր, նա իր մի խումբ ընկերների հետ գնում է օդանավակայան ու մեկնում է Լաս Վեգաս: տեղ հասնելուն պես նա գնում է կազինո թուղթ խաղալու և խաղում է ողջ գիշեր, ինչից հետո արդեն 3 օր չքնած Դենին զանգում է իր մյուս ընկերը ու առաջարկում գնալ գիշերային ակումբ: Դենը ակումբում շարունակում է ալկոհոլ օգտագործել, մարիհուանա է ծխում ու կոկաին է օգտագործում: Նա սկսում է հերթով բոլոր մերկապարուհիների փող առաջարկել՝ իր հետ քնելու համար ու վերջիվերջո մեկը համաձայնվում է, բայց Դենը զգում է, որ էռեկցիայի հետ խնդիր ունի ու նրա ընկերը տալիս է նրան վիագրայի հաբ, բայց զգուշացնում, որ կեսը խմի: Դենը կեսը խմում է ու ոչ մի արդյունք չի տեսնում (պետք է սպասեր մի քանի րոպե) ու խմում է մյուս կեսը... նրա մոտ սկսում է խայտառակ էրեկցիա ու նա այդ մերկապարուհու հետ սեքսով է զբաղվում ողջ գիշեր... հինգերորդ օրն առավոտյան նա ճանապարհ է դնում մերկապարուհուն ու զգում է, որ ուսի շրջանում ցավ կա: Ենթադրելով, որ պարզապես մկաններն է բռնվել, մարզանք է անում, սակայն ցավը միայն ավելի է սաստկանում: Նա զանգահարում է իր բժշկին, ով խորհուրդ է տալիս դիմել մոտոկա հիվանդանոց: Հիվանդանոցում Դենին զննում է նույն այն բժիշկը, ով զննել էր Դենի պապուն դրանից մի քանի տարի առաջ (Դենի պապը հենց այդ հիվանդանոցում է մահացել էր սրտի կաթվածից) ու որ էլ ավելի զավեշտալի է, այդ բժիշը Բիլ Մյուրրեյն էր, ով անզգուշությյամբ սպանել է Մայքլ Ջեքսոնին: Դենի մոտ հայտնաբերում են սրտի կաթված՝ 5 օր չքնելու, ալկոհոլ ու թմրանյութ օպգտագործելու ու վիագրայի հսկայական դոզա ընդունելու հետևանքով առաջացած: Մինչ նրան պատշաճ օգնություն ցույց կտային, երկորդ կաթվածն է լինում, բայց բարեռբախտաբար ամեն ինչ լավ է վերջանում ու մի քանի շաբաթ դեղեր խմելուց հետո Դենը լրիվ կարգավորվում է:
