Եղանակի պատճառով արգելափակված վարորդներին օգնելու համար ստեղծվել են հատուկ վրանային հենակետեր

Եղանակային անբարենպաստ պայմանների հետևանքով ավտոճանապարհներին արգելափակման մեջ մնացած քաղաքացիներին օգնելու եւ արդյունավետ վերահսկողություն սահմանելու համար ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻ նախարարի հրամանով մի շարք մարզերում ստեղծվել են հատուկ վրանային հենակետեր: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտնեց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Ճգնաժամային կառավարմանազգային կենտրոնի պետ Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանը: «Մասնավորապես, նման հենակետեր են գործում Մարտունի-Նորատուս հատվածում, Արագածոտնի մարզ ի Ծիլքար համայնքի մոտակայքում եւ Սիսիան-Գորիս ավտոճանապարհի հատվածում: Վրանային հենակետերի միջոցով արդեն սպասարկվել է ավելի քան 600 քաղաքացի, նրանց հատկացվել է տաք հագուստ, թեյ: Վրանային հենակետերը գործելու են այնքան ժամանակ, մինչեւ եղանակային պայմանները բարելավվեն եւ արգելափակումների վտանգը վերանա: Նման շուրջօրյա վրանային հերթապահությունը նոր մոտեցում է, որն այսուհետ կկիրառվի բոլոր դժվարանացանելի հատվածներում, որտեղ հնարավոր են արգելափակումներ»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Խանգելդյանը:

Խանգելդյանը վարորդներին խորհուրդ տվեց ճանապարհ ընկնելուց առաջ պարտադիր ծանոթանալ տվյալ ճանապարհահատվածի անցանելիությանը, ինչի մասին պարբերաբար տեղեկացնում են համապատասխան գերատեսչություններն ու լրատվամիջոցները: Տրանսպորտային միջոցը պետք է համապատասխան լինի եղանակային պայմաններին:

Նա հավելեց, որ հունվարը հանրապետությունում աչքի է ընկել  եղանակային պայմանների խիստ տատանումներով, ինչի հետևանքով գրանցվել են  զգալի տեղումներ ձյան տեսքով: Ամսվա վերջի առատ տեղումների հետեւանքով մի շարք ավտոճանապարհներ փակվել են, կամ դարձել դժվարանցանելի:

 Ստեղծված իրավիճակում քաղաքացիներին աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու համար ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնն աշխատում է արտակարգ ռեժիմով:  2016թ. առաջին 27 օրում հանրապետությունում գրանցվել է 1312 պատահար, ինչի հետեւանքով զոհվել է վեց, տուժել՝ 121 քաղաքացի: Պատահարների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը եղել են հրդեհներ, ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարներ եւ տրանսպորտային միջոցների արգելափակումներ: «Հունվարի 1-27-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում գրանցվել է 157 հրդեհ, 59 ՃՏՊ, 398 արգելափա կում: Պատահարների հետեւանքով մահացել է վեց քաղաքացի. ցուցանիշը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ նվազել է երեք անգամ՝ չնայած ընդհանուր պատահարների թիվն աճել է: Այս օրերին արգելափակումից հանվել է ավելի քան 2 հազար տրանսպորտային միջոց, օգնություն է տրամադրվել ավելի քան 5 հազար քաղաքացու»,- եզրափակեց Հովհաննես  Խանգելդյանը:
