 ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության, ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունների, ինչպես նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և Երևանի շտապօգնության ծառայության ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանի գլխավորությամբ հրավիրվել է արագ արձագանքման  խմբի հերթական խորհրդակցությունը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, ներկայացնելով հանրապետությունում գրիպով և սուր շնչառական վարակներով պայմանավորված  իրավիճակը` նախարարը նշեց, որ վերջին տասնօրյակի ընթացքում հանրապետությունում դիտվում է հիվանդացության և դիմելիության զգալի նվազում` շուրջ  40 տոկոսով:  Նվազել է  նաև շտապօգնության կանչերի թիվը` սուր շնչառական վարակներով պայմանավորված: Դիմելիության  զգալի իջեցում է արձանագրվել նաև բուժօգնության առաջնային օղակում:

Փետրվարի 1-ից ուսումանական գործընթացը սկսելու կապակցությամբ հանգամանալից քննարկվել են հանրապետության հանրակրթական, նախնական և միջին մասնագիտական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատությունների պատրաստվածության մակարդակը:

Կարևորվել է  Երևանի և մարզերի կրթական և նախակրթական հաստատություններում անհրաժեշտ ջերմային ռեժիմի ապահովմանը և պահպանմանն ուղղված աշխատանքների իրականացումը:

Հաշվի առնելով հիվանդացության կայունացման և նվազման միտումը`  ՀՀ ԱՆ Հիվանդությունների  վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի  գլխավոր տնօրեն Արտավազդ Վանյանն առաջարկել է իրականացնել  կանխարգելիչ մի շարք  միջոցառումներ:

Հիմք ընդունելով ներկայացված կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու հրահանգը` Արմեն Մուրադյանը հանձնարարել է  նախարարության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին պատասխանատու գերատեսչությունների հետ իրականացնել ուսումնական հաստատությունների պատրաստվածության մակարդակի մշտադիտարկում:
