Մեկսիկոի քաղաքացիները իրենց մաֆիոզ պետության, աղքատության, թշվառության, արտագախտի համար, հարևան, գերպետություն ԱՄՆին երբեք չեն մեղադրում, ինչպես դարերով Հայեր խասյաթ են դարձրել Ռուսաստանին մեղադրել Հայաստանի համարյա բոլոր տկարութրունների, տանուլի տված էկոնոմիկ վիճակի, տանուլի տված քաղաքականության ու բոլոր տեսակի տհաս վարչության համար․․․Մենք ենք մեզանից գողանում, նվաստացնում, պետությունը քանդում, իրար սպանում ու ոչնչացնում ու հիմարաբար լսում ու հավատում իրանց մասնագետ քաղաքական գործիչի տեղ դրած ինչ որ ռուսատյացներին․․․․

Իսկ Ռուսների հոգը չի Հայաստանը դատարկվում է, թե լցվում, ադրբեջանին տկզացնում ենք, կամ ոչ․․․թուրքերին տկզացնում ենք կամ ոչ․․․թուրքի հետույքը մտած Եվրոպա ենք սիրում՞ , թէ անարգում, մեղադրում կամ ոչ․․․Նույնիսկ մարդիք Եվրոպացիների հետույքն են համբյուրում , իմանալով, որ Եվրոպան փաթաթած ունի Հայաստանը․․․․
Ես կասեի Ռուսի միսը հերիք կրծեք․․․մի հատ ձեր կերած մսի համը տեսեք․․․․ու եթե Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին տկզացրել է, ՄԵՐ ՄԵՂՔԻՑ Է , ու տկարությունից․․ինչպես մնացածը․․․․

Նրանք որ օր ու գիշեր Ռուսի միսն են կրծում, նրանք լուրջ ու շատ ակնկալիքներ ունեն Ռուսներից․․․Իսկ ես երբեք ոչ մի ակնկալիք չեմ ունեցել Ռուսաստանից ու հիմա էլ չունեմ ու չեմ էլ ունենա․․․Ռուսներին ատողները Ռուսների ստրուկներն են․․․Ազատ Հայեր ոչ մի օտար երկիր, նկատի չեն էլ ունենա, սեփական երկրի կառավարման ու վարչության հարցերում․․․


Ես այս հազարամյակներով ստրկացած ու ծախված Հայերին եմ ատում, որովհետեվ իմ պապերը առաջին հերթին այդ տականքների ստրուկներն են եղել, զոհվել են Հայ տականքների մեղքերի հետեվանքով․․․ու մինչ օրս նույն վիճակն է․․
