Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Արամ Ա Կաթողիկոսի նախագահությամբ Անթիլիասի Մայրավանքում տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցական հանդիպում, որի նպատակն էր սիրիահայության վերականգնման առաջիկա աշխատանքների կազմակերպումը։ Ժողովին մասնակցել են Բերիո Հայոց Թեմի Առաջնորդ Գերշ. Տ. Շահան Արք. Սարգիսյանը, Ազգային Կենտրոնական վարչության ու Բերիո Թեմի Ազգային վարչութեան ներկայացուցիչները։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսության մամուլի դիվանից, Վեհափառ Հայրապետը նախ ջերմորեն գնահատել է սիրիահայության ամուր կապվածությունը Սիրիայի եւ հայկական համայնքային կառույցներին՝ ի հակառակ դրանք շրջապատող աննպաստ պայմանների։ Նորին Սրբությունը նաեւ գնահատել է Առաջնորդ Սրբազանի ու ազգային մարմինների ցուցաբերած նվիրյալ ու հետեւողական աշխատանքը, ինչպես նաեւ մեր ժողովրդի զավակների կարիքներին օգտակար եղող շտապ մարմնի գործ ունեությունը։ Վեհափառ Հայրապետը գնահատել է մեր ժողովրդի ցուցաբերած միասնակամությունը Սիրիայում եւ պատգամել, որ հայ համայնքը լծվի վերականգնման աշխատանքներին։

Ապա Առաջնորդ Սրբազանն  Ազգային Իշխանության, ժողովրդի եւ իր անունից խորը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Վեհափառ Հայրապետին, որ ոչ միայն ամբողջական զորակցություն է հայտնել  Սիրիայի հայության նկատմամբ անցնող տագնապալից շրջանում, այլ նաեւ նյութապես օգտակար է եղել  Կաթողիկոսարանի  հաստատած Սիրիայի հայության օժանդակության հիմնադրամի միջոցով։

Ժողովականները լայնորեն քննարկել են Սիրիայի հայության վերականգնման  առաջնորդող կարելիությոնները՝ թեմական, համայնքային, տնտեսական ու քաղաքական կողմերով։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում շեշտվել է, որ Սիրիայի  հայ համայնքը՝ որպես երկրի կարեւոր քրիստոնյա համայնքներից մեկը, պետք է իր ամբողջական ու գործուն մասնակցությունը բերի Սիրիայի վերականգնման առաջնորդող բոլոր աշխատանքներին։
