ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատեց հողօգտագործողներին 2016թ. գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների համար մատչելի գներով ազոտական, ֆոսֆորական և կալիումական պարարտանյութերի ձեռքբերման նպատակով պետական աջակցության ծրագիրը: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ մարզպետարաններից ստացված տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ ընթացիկ տարվա գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների համար պահանջարկը կազմում է 34594,3 տոննա ազոտական, 1079 տոննա ֆոսֆորական և 1574,55 տոննա կալիումական պարարտանյութ: Ազոտական պարարտանյութի մեկ պարկը կհատակացվի 6 հազար, իսկ ֆոսֆորական և կալիումական պարարտանյութինը՝ 7 հազար դրամով: «Պարարտանյութերի պահանջարկը բավարարելու և 2016 թվականի գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների համար հանրապետության հողօգտագործողներին մատչելի գներով պարարտանյութերի ձեռքբերման հարցում աջակցելու նպատակով անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել հանրապետություն ներկրել 32 հազար տոննա ազոտական, 320 տոննա ֆոսֆորական և 840 տոննա կ ալիումական պարարտանյութեր՝ ՀՀ հողօգտագործողներին, գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվներին, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության կազմակերպություններին և ՀՀ ագրարային համալսարանի գիտական կենտրոններին շուկայականից ավելի մատչելի գներով վաճառելու համար:

Ծրագրի շրջանակներում ձեռք բերված 32000 տոննա ազոտական պարարտանյութից` 600 տոննան, 320 տոննա ֆոսֆորական պարարտանյութից` 248 տոննան և 840 տոննա կալիումական պարատանյութից` 255 տոննան թողնվում է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տրամադրության տակ որպես պահուստային քանակ` ըստ անհարժեշտության օգտագործելու համար»,- ասաց Կարապետյանը:

Համայնքներում ՀՀ կառավարության սուբսիդիայի չափը 1 պարկի համար կազմում է` ազոտական պարարտանյութինը 2 հազար 729,6 դրամ (8729,6 դրամ – 2729,6 դրամ = 6000 դրամ), ֆոսֆորական պարարտանյութինը 6 հազար 735 դրամ ( 13735 դրամ – 6735 դրամ = 7000 դրամ), կալիումական պարարտանյութինը 6 հազար 799 դրամ (13799 դրամ – 6799 դրամ = 7000 դրամ):

Մինչ այս որոշում էր կայացվել նաև գյուղացիներին տրամադրել ընդհանուր առմամբ 5 մլն լիտր դիզվառելիք` շուկայականից ցածր գնով` 335-ի փոխարեն մեկ լիտրը 280 դրամով: Նախորդ տարվա համեմատ մեկ լիտրը հատկացվելու է 70 դրամով ցածր գնով:
