ՄԱԶԾ-ն և Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամը Բջնիում զբոսաշրջային ծրագիր կիրականացնեն

 ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի (ՄԱԶԾ) հայաստանյան գրասենյակը և Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամը ստորագրել են փոխադարձ համագործակցության փաստաթուղթ, որպեսզի համատեղ նպաստեն Հայաստանում զբոսաշրջության ոլորտի զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև բարձրացնեն զբոսաշրջության ոլորտի դերը տեղական համայնքների սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման հարցում:

«Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի հետ համագործակցությունը կարևոր գործոն է երաշխավորելու, որ մեր ծրագրերն օրգանապես լրացնեն այլ շահագրգիռ կողմերի ջանքերը զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում և հանգեցնեն համատեղ արդյունքների»,- նշել է Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգող, ՄԱԶԾ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Բրեդլի Բուզետտոն:

«Զբոսաշրջության ոլորտի և տարածքների համաչափ զարգացումը Հայաստանի կառավարության գերակայություններից են, և ՄԱԶԾ-ի հետ համագործակցությամբ Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամը Բջնիում զբոսաշրջային այս ծրագրի միջոցով առավելագույնս նպաստում է այդ նպատակի իրագործմանը: Կարծում եմ` ծրագիրը հաջող օրինակ կծառայի նմանատիպ այլ նախաձեռնությունների համար»,- նշել է Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Արման Խաչատրյանը:  

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է կողմերի համատեղ մամուլի հաղորդագրությունը, ՄԱԶԾ-ն և Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամը հաջողությամբ համագործակցել են գյուղական զբոսաշրջության ինտեգրված զարգացման վերաբերյալ նախագծի հայեցակարգը մշակելու շուրջ: Այն կենտրոնացած է կայուն եկամտի ապահովման հնարավորությունների` իբրև եկամտի լրացուցիչ աղբյուրի ստեղծման վրա, որպեսզի նվազեցնի գյուղական աղքատության մակարդակը, օժանդակելով Հայաստանի տարածքային համաչափ զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև երկրում ձևավորելով գյուղական զարգացման համար նպաստավոր միջավայր:

Որպես փորձնական նախաձեռնություն, ՄԱԶԾ-ն ուսումնասիրել է զբոսաշրջության չօգտագործված ներուժը Կոտայքի մարզի Բջնի համայնքում: Սպասվում է, որ համայնքում զբոսաշրջության փորձարկված և հաջողված միջոցառումները կկիրառվեն Հայաստանի այլ համայնքներում, ՄԱԶԾ-ի առաջիկա ծրագրերում:

Հանրային քարոզարշավներն ու իրազեկումը նույնպես համագործակցության մաս են կազմում, քանզի ՄԱԶԾ-ն ու Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամը պատրաստվում են համատեղ գործունեություն ծավալել, որպեսզի ԶԼՄ-ների, սոցիալական ցանցերի և տարբեր քարոզչական միջոցառումների օգնությամբ նպաստեն թիրախային գյուղական համայնքների` փոքր զբոսաշրջային վայրեր դառնալուն:
