Եվրախորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում  տիրող ոչ թե հակահայկական, այլ ադրբեջանամետ տրամադրութուններն էին հակահայկական զեկույցի ընդունման հիմնական պատճառը: Սակայն, բացի այդ, կան նաև այլ միջազգային խնդիրներ, որոնք ազդում են ԵԽԽՎ-ում մթնոլորտի ձևավորման վրա: Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ հունվարի 30-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լեռնիկ Ալեքսանյանը:

«ԵԽԽՎ-ում հայկական կողմի վրա ճնշումները կանխատեսելի էին, քանի որ Հայաստանը դարձավ ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամ, իսկ ադրբեջանամետ հայացքների հիմնական պատճառն Ադրբեջանի վարած խավիարային դիվանագիտությունն է»,- ասաց պատգամավորը՝ նշելով, որ այս ամենից ելնելով, Հայաստանն իր արտաքին բոլոր խողովակներով պետք է կարողանա Եվրոպայում կարծիք ձևավորել:

Անդրադառնալով նաև ԵԽԽՎ-ում հայ պատգամավորների կատարած աշխատանքին` Ալեքսանյանը նշեց, որ պատգամավորներն արել են հնարավոր ամեն ինչ, և նրանց աշխատանքը չէ զեկույցի ընդունման պատճառը: Նա նաև նշեց, որ բանաձևը ոչ մի իրավական հիմք չունի, սակայն կարող է որոշակի տեսակետ ձևավորել:

Ըստ պատգամավորի, Միլիցա Մարկովիչի կողմից պատրաստված հակահայկական զեկույցի ընդունումից հետո հայկական կողմը պետք է այնպես անի, որ ԵԽԽՎ-ում Սարսանգի ջրամբարի օգտագործման շուրջ  բանակցությունները գնան Արցախի հետ: Պատվիրակները պետք է գան ու տեսնեն փաստերը, իրավիճակը: Իսկ եթե չգան դա ևս կարելի է օգտագործել հօգուտ հայկական կողմի:
