Եվրախորհրդի խորհրդարանական  վեհաժողովի բոսնիացի պատվիրակ Միլիցա Մարկովիչի փաստարկները, թե հայկական կողմը խոչընդոտել է իր այցը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ, բացարձակ սուտ են:

Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարեց ԵԽԽՎ հայաստանյան պատվիրակության անդամ, ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը: 

Հարցին ի պատասխան, թե արդյոք հայկական կողմը դիմել է հակահայկական զեկույցի հեղինակին այցելելու Հայաստան ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ, Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը պատասխանեց. «Հարգարժան տիկնոջը ոչ միայն դիմել ենք, այլև տարբեր ձևաչափերով, տարբեր հարթակներում հանդիպել ենք նրան, հրավիրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն` իր ցանկացած ընդունելի պայմաններով, սակայն նա տարբեր պատճառներով հրաժարվել է: Կա նրա հետ ինտերնետային նավակագրություն, որը մենք կարող ենք տրամադրել, ինչը վկայում է այն մասին, որ տիկինը հակված չէր ադեկվատ պատճառաբանություն լսելու և գալու»:

Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի խոսքով` նիստից առաջ, կրկին հանդիպել են նրան, փաստարկներ ներկայացրել, որ ԵԽԽՎ կանոնակարգը խախտվել է, որ ինքը պետք է լիներ ԼՂՀ-ում, սակայն Մարկովիչը նույն անվրդով տեսքով լսել է ու ասել, որ ինքը միևնույն է զեկույցը պաշտպանելու է:

Պատվիրակության մեկ այլ անդամի` Նաիրա Կարապետյանի դիտարկմամբ էլ` Միլիցա Մարկովիչն այնքան անտեղյակ է եղել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի գտնվելու վայրից, որ հարցրել է, թե արդյոք կարող է Զվարթնոց օդանավակայանից մեկ ժամում մեքենայով հասնել Սարսանգի ջրամաբար:

ԵԽԽՎ հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար Հերմինե Նաղդալյանն էլ նշեց, որ Սարսանգի ջրամբարի վերաբերյալ զեկույցն ավելի շատ քաղաքական հարցեր բարձրացնելու նպատակ ուներ, քան խոսելու ադրբեջանցի գյուղացիներին ջրով ապահովելու մասին:

Եվրախորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը մերժել է բրիտանացի խորհրդարանական ՌոբերտՈւոլթերի (ի դեպ, նա արդեն ԵԽԽՎ անդամ չէ- հեղ.) «Բռնության աճը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ևԱդրբեջանի մյուս օկուպացված տարածքներում» զեկույցը: Զեկույցին կողմ քեվարկեց 66, դեմ 70պատգամավոր: 

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ԵԽԽՎ-ն ընդունել է Բոսնիայի ու Հերցեգովինայի ներկայացուցիչ ՄիլիցաՄարկովիչի «Ադրբեջանի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերիբնակիչները կանխամտածված կերպովզրկվում են ջրից» թեմայով զեկույցը, որն ընդունվել է որոշակի լրամշակումներով: Զեկույցին կողմ էքվեարկել 98, դեմ՝71 պատգամավոր:
