 Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ պայմավորվածությունն ու մեծաթիվ պատժամիջոցների վերացումը Հայաստանի համար հարևան-բարեկամ երկրի հետ տնտեսական համագործակցության ամրապնդման ու ընդլայնման հնարավորություններ է ստեղծում:«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` փետրվարի 2-ին կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ, պատասխանելով լրագրողների հարցերին` ասաց ՀՀ արտաքի ն գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:

«Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ պայմանավորվածությունները անցյալ տարվա ամենանշանակալի ձեռքբերումներից էին միջազգային դիվանագիտության մեջ: Իհարկե, մեր բարեկամ-հարևան Իրանին վերբերվող կարևոր հարցի շուրջ պայմանավորվածությունը չի կարող մեզ չուրախացնել»,-ասաց Նալբանդյանը: Նրա դիտարկմամբ` «հարևան-բարեկամ» եզրույթը սոսկ խոսքեր չեն, այն մի երկիր է, ուր մեծ հարգանք են վայելում Հայաստանի մակութային ժառանգությունն ու մեծաքանակ հայ համայնքը:

«Իրանում վերանորոգում են մեր եկեղեցիները, հուշարձանները, ընդգրկում ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի համաշխարհային ժառանգության ցուցակում, մեծ հարգանքով են վերաբերվում առկա մեծ հայ համայնքին: Մեր համայնքը մշտապես իրեն ապահով է զգացել այդ երկրում, ու սա փոխադարձ է, նույն իրավիճակը Հայաստանում է»,-նշեց ԱԳ նախարարը` հավելելով, որ երկու երկրները շահագրիգռ են անել հնարավորը, որ երկկողմ հարաբերությունները էլ ավելի զարգանան ապագայում: 

Նալբանդյանը նաև նկատեց, որ Իրանը շահագրգիռ է օր առաջ տեսնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի լուծումը, և Հայաստանը բարձր է գնահատում նման հավասարկշիռ ու կառուցողական մոտեցումը:
