Գյումրիում երկու մանկապարտեզ թանկացրեց վարձավճարը

Գյումրու համայնքային ենթակայության մանկապարտեզների համար վարձավճարի չափը սահմանվել է 5-8 հազար դրամ: Ավագանին համայնքային ենթակայության բոլոր մանկապարտեզների վարճավճարը հաստատում է յուրաքանչյուր տարեսկզբին: Այս տարի վարձավճարը թանհկացնելու հայտ ներկայացրել էր երկու մանկապարտեզ: Յոթ հազար դրամի փոխարեն 7500 դրամ սահմանելու առաջարկով  քաղաքապետարանին դիմել էր 2 նախակրթարան՝ «Գոհար» և «Կարմիր գլխարկ»: Գյումրու ավագանին փետրվարի 4-ին կայացած հերթական նիստի ժամանակ հաստատեց այս առաջարկը: Որպես հիմնավորում այս նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատությունների տնօրենները նշել են ջեռուցման հետ կապված խնդիրը: Ինչպես ավագանու անդամներին տեղեկացրեց քաղաքապետարանի կրթության բաժնի պետ Հայկ Սուլթանյանը, այս բարձրացումը եղել է ծնողների համաձայնությամբ:

Նվազագույն 5 հազար դրամ վարձավճար սահմանված է միայն Գյումրու «Նանուլիկ» մանկապարտեզում, որը համագործակցում է «ԱՌԴԱ» բարեգործական կազմակերպության հետ և որոշակի գումար փոխանցում է այդ կազմակերպությունը: Գյումրու նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատությունների առավելագույն վարձավճարը 8 հազար դրամ է, ինչը բավական բարձր է հանրապետությունում այլ համայնքների նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատությունների համեմատ:

Ավագանու նիստի ժամանակ նշվեց նաև, որ ծնողները պետք է որոշակի գումար վճարեն վարակների պատճառով հարկադիր արձակուրդների օրերի համար: Խոսքը վերաբերում է միայն կոմունալ վճարների մասով: «Սա չնչին գումար է կազմում 1-1500 դրամ՝ վճարը միայն այդ օրերին կոմունալ ծախսերի մասով է, իսկ հարկադիր պարապուրդի մատնված նախակրթարանների աշխատողները աշխատավարձ կստանան ամբողությամբ. գումարը կհատկացվի համայնքային բյուջեից»,-նշեց Հայկ Սուլթանյան:

Ավագանին հաստատեց նաև համայնքապատկան մանկապարտեզների վարձավճարի զեղչի կարգի փոփոխության առաջարկը: Նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատություններում ծնողական վճարներից 50%-ի չափով կշարունակեն աջակցել միակողմանի ծնողազուրկ երեխաներին« սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների՝ մանկապարտեզ հաճախող 1-ից ավելի երեխաներին (երկրորդ երեխայից սկսած)« հաշմանդամություն ունեցող ծնողի երեխաներին: Նոր կարգի համաձայն` այս խմբի երեխաներին կմիանան նաեւ հաշմանդամության կարգ ունեցող երեխաները: Նոր արտոնություն եւս սահմանվում է. նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատություններում ծնողական վճարներից 25%-ի չափով աջակցման ենթակա կլինեն 3 եւ ավելի  անչափահաս երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքների երեխաները: Այս կարգ փոփոխության արդյունքում ամսական զեղչից կօգտվի 250 երեխա նախկին 130-ի փոխարեն:
