Երևանի քաղաքային հանձնաժողովն անցակացրել է հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հիմնահարցերով առաջին նիստը

Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հիմնահարցերով զբաղվող քաղաքային հանձնաժողովի 2016 թվականի առաջին նիստին  մասնակցել են քաղաքապետարանի մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների, վարչական շրջանների սոցիալական բաժինների պետեր, հանձնաժողովի կազմում ընդգրկված  ՀԿ-ների նախագահներն ու անդամները: Նիստը վարել է հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ըստ օրակարգի քննարկվել է Հաշմանդամների հիմնահարցերով Երևանի քաղաքային հանձնաժողովի 2016 թվականի աշխատանքային ծրագիրը: Հանձնաժողովի անդամ ՀԿ-ների ղեկավարները, ներկայացնելով իրենց  կարծիքներն ու առաջարկությունները, նշել են, որ ուսումնասիրելով ընթացիկ տարվա ծրագիրը` եկել են այն եզրակացության, որ այն կազմվել է նախորդ տարիների ծրագրերի շարունակականության սկզբունքով, սակայն 2016-ի ծրագրում մի շարք նոր գաղափարներ ու նախաձեռնություններ են ներառվել: Այդ առումով ծրագիրը որակվել է որպես արդյունավետ ու միտված հատուկ կարիքներով մարդկանց կյա նքի պայմանների էլ ավելի բարելավմանը: Խոսելով ծրագրի դրույթների մասին՝ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի անունից վստահեցրել է, որ 2015 թվականին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և հանձնաժողովի  համատեղ կյանքի կոչված ծրագրերն իսկապես շարունակական կլինեն ու նաև միտված նոր գաղափարների իրագործմանը: Այս տարի ևս սոցիալական, կրթական, առողջապահական և այլ ուղղվածության ծրագրերում առաջնահերթության կարգով կներառվեն հատուկ կարիքներով անձինք և նրանց ընտանիքները:

Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց շահերի պաշտպանության ազգային դաշինքի տնօրեն Զարուհի Բաթոյանն առաջարկել է «2016 թվականը հավասար հնարավորությունների տարվա» շրջանակում քաղաքային ծրագրից դուրս հանդես գալ մեկ այլ նախաձեռնությամբ` ի նպաստ ոլորտի շահառուների: Քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալը համապատասխան վարչությունների պետերին հանձնարարել է համագործակցել առաջարկի շուրջ և ներկայացնել  միջոցառման  ձևաչափ, որում պարտադիր հաշվի կառնվեն մշակութային, սոցիալական և հոգևոր բաղադրիչները:  Սոցիալական ծառայությունների տարածքային կենտÖ �ոնների պետերին էլ հանձնարարվել է ավելի ակտիվ աշխատել  հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հիմնահարցերով Երևանի քաղաքային հանձնաժողովի հետ: Հաշմանդամների հիմնահարցերով Երևանի քաղաքային հանձնաժողովի 2016 թվականի ծրագիրը հաստատվել է միաձայն: Ծրագիրը կներկայացվի Երևանի քաղաքապետի վավերացմանը:
