Ընտանեկան դրամագլխի միջոցները կօգտագործվեն նաև սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերում անշարժ գույք գնելու նպատակով

 Երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ և խնամքի նպաստները վճարելու համար անձամբ դիմելու պահանջը վերացվել է: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում փետրվարի 5-ին նշեց ՀՀ Սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայության պետի առաջին տեղեկալ Սմբատ Սաիյանը:

«Այսինքն՝ եթե նախկին օրենսդրությամբ շահառուն անձամբ պետք է ներկայանար և ներկայացներ դիմում, ապա այսուհետ դիմումը կարող է ներկայացվել ցանկացած անձի, այդ թվում՝ երրորդ անձի միջոցով: Մյուս կարևոր փոփոխությունները վերաբերում են ընտանեկան դրամագլխի տնօրինման կարգին: 2015-ին ընդլայնվեց ընտանեկան դրամագլուխը տնօրինելու հնարավորությունը: Այժմ ընտանեկան դրամագլխի միջոցները կօգտագործվեն նաև սահմանամերձ, բարձրլեռնային բնակավայրերում բնակարանի անշարժ գույք գնելու նպատակով»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` նշեց Սմբատ Սաիյանը:

Նրա խոսքով`  ընտանեկան դրամագլխի գումարը կարող է տնօրինվել նաև ցանկացած բանկային հաշվի փոխանցելու միջոցով պարբերական վճարումներ կատարելով, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան ամսական 25 հազար դրամը:
«Սա նշանակում է, որ քաղաքացին հնարավորություն ունի իր ընտանեկան դրամագլխից ամսական ոչ ավելի, քան 25 հազար դրամ ծախսել սեփական կարիքները հոգալու համար՝ իր իսկ ընտրած ուղղությամբ, իր ընտրած նպատակներով»,- ընդգծեց Սմբատ Սաիյանը:

Դրամագլխից ամսական 25 հազար դրամ կարող են օգտագործել այն դեպքում, եթե երեխան ծնվել է մինչև 2014-ի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը: 2015-ին ծնված երեխայի պարագայում` ծնողները դրամագլուխը կարող են տնօրինել երեխայի մեկ տարին լրանալու հաջորդ ամսից: «Եթե երեխան ծնվել է 2015-ի փետրվարին, ապա դրամագլուխը տնօրինելու իրավունքը կծագի 2016-ի մարտի 1-ից: Սա գործելու է մինչև 2016 թվականի վերջը»,- նշեց նա:

Հաջորդ որոշմամբ՝ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստը և մայրության նպաստը վճարվելու է բացառապես անկանխիկ եղանակով: Սմբատ Սաիյանի տեղեկացմամբ` 2015 թվականին ընտանեկան դրամագլուխ ստացող անձանց թիվը եղել է շուրջ 7800, 2014-ին` 6500:

Երրորդ և հաջորդ երեխայի ծնվելու դեպքում (եթե երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստը նշանակվում է ընտանիքում ծնվածերրորդ և հաջորդ երեխայի համար սահմանված չափով) երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի մի մասը վճարվում է սոցիալականաջակցության բնագավառում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության լիազորած պետական կառավարման մարմնիհետ ընտանեկան դրամագլխի սպասարկման պայմանագիր կնքած բանկում նոր ծնված երեխայի անվամբ բացված հատուկհաշվին (պետական աջակցության հաշիվ) մուտքագրելու միջոցով:
