Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսությունը դիմելու է Թուրքիայի ՍԴ Սիսի նստավայրը և կալվածքները վերադարձնելու պահանջով

Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսությունն այս տարի դիմելու է Թուրքիայի Սահմանադրական դատարան՝ Կիլիկիայի պատմական հայկական թագավորության տարածքում գտնվող Սիսի նստավայրը և կալվածքները վերադարձնելու պահանջով: Այս մասին Հայրենիք-Սփյուռք հինգերորդ համաժողովի ժամանակ հայտարարեց Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոս Ն.Ս. Օ.Տ.Տ. Արամ Ա-ն: «Մենք Սահմանադրական դատարանից պահանջելու ենք մեզ վերադարձն ել մեր կալվածքները, իսկ Թուրքիայի Սահմանադրական դատարանի կողմից դիմումի մերժման դեպքում դիմելու ենք Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան և մինչև վերջ պայքարելու ենք մեր նպատակին հասնելու համար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Արամ Ա-ն:

«Այս հանդուգն քայլին դիմում ենք ոչ զգայական կամ քարոզչական նկատառումներով: Անցնող երկու տարիներին մեր մասնակցությամբ խորհրդակցություններ տեղի ունեցան միջազգային օրենքների ու դատական հարցերով օտարերկրացի մասնագետների հետ: Եվ ավելին, սովորական եկեղեցապատկան ունեցվածք պահանջելու մոտեցումով չէ, որ հանձն ենք առնում այս կարևոր քայլը: Կիլիկիո Կաթողիկոսարանը, որը գտնվում է պատմական Կիլիկյան թագավորության մայրաքաղաք Սիսի մեջ, խորհրդանշական մեծ իմաստ ունի Կիլիկիայի ու ողջ հայության համար: Գիտենք նաև, որ հիշյալ դատը անխուսափելիորեն &laq uo;դուռ է բացելու» մեր ազգապատկան, եկեղեցապատկան ու սեփական կալվածների վերադարձի թղթապանակին: Այն դեպքում, եթե մեր դատը մերժվի Թուրքիայի սահմանադրական դատարանի կողմից, ինչը հնարավոր է, այն կներկայացնենք Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան»,-ընդգծեց կաթողիկոսը:

Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսն իր խոսքում անդրադարձավ նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անկախության միջազգային ճանաչման հարցին՝ ընդգծելով, որ դա պետք է լինի համայն հայության առաջնահերթ խնդիրներից մեկը: «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անվտանգությունը նույնպես շատ կարևոր է մեզ համար: Մենք պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք Ղարաբաղում անվտանգության պահպանման և հարատև խաղաղության հաստատման համար: Ղարաբաղի անվտանգությունը նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգությունն է»,- ասաց կաթողիկոսը:

Արամ Ա-ն անդրադարձավ նաև Հայոց Ցեղասպանության ճանաչմանը և հատուցմանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ այս հարցը ևս համայն հայության համար առաջնահերթ խնդիրներից մեկն է, որի լուծմանը հասնելու համար շատ կարևոր պայման է Հայաստանի ու Սփյուռքի միասնականությունը Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման համար մղվող պայքարում:

Արամ Ա-ի Կաթողիկոսի ելույթի այս հատվածը մեծ ոգևորություն առաջացրեց և արժանացավ ներկաների հոտնկայս ծափահարություններին:
