Ինչո՞ւ հենց Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանը

Ժամանակին, երբ Սուրեն Խաչատրյանն ազատվեց Սյունիքի մարզպետի պաշտոնից, բազմաթիվ թեկնածուների անուններ շրջանառվեցին: Սակայն Վահե Հակոբյանի թեկնածության կողմնակիցները պնդել են, որ Վահեի հայրը՝ Մաքսիմ Հակոբյանը, Սյունիքում տարեկան 1-1,5 միլիարդ դրամի ներդրում կանի, եթե Վահեն դառնա մարզպետ։ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանը նույնպես խիստ շահագրգիռ է եղել Վահեի՝ մարզպետ դառնալու հարցում։

Այդ շահագրգռվածությունը պայմանավորված է եղել հենց այդ ներդրումների հնարավորության փաստով, որովհետև Սյունիքն այն մարզերից է, որտեղ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և դոնորների կատարած ներդրումների ծավալն աննախադեպ է եղել հանրապետությունում: Միայն այդ եղանակով Սյունիքի մարզ մուտքագրվել է ավելի քան 100 միլիոն դոլար, և այդ ամենը՝ Սուրեն Խաչատրյանի ղեկավարման տարիներին: Ժամանակին հենց նա դեսպաններին հրավիրեց Սյունիք և կոչ արեց ներդրումներ անել մարզում:

Հակոբյանի մարզպետության ժամանակաշրջանում աննախադեպ ռեգրես արձանագրվեց. դոնորները, որոնք շարունակում էին մարզին զգալի հատկացումները, շնորհիվ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի սերտ կապերի, դադարեցրեցին ներդրումները: Չկատարվեց նաև տարեկան 1-1.5 միլիարդի խոստումը, և մարզի համայնքներն ու ենթակառուցվածքները հաջորդ տարի կարող էին կրախի առաջ կանգնել: Իշխանությունները ստիպված էին պաշտոնանկ անել Վահե Հակոբյանին՝ քիչ թե շատ կայուն տնտեսություն ունեցող մարզում ճգնաժամը բացառելու համար:

Եթե Հայաստանի ամենահարուստ ընտանիքներից մեկի՝ Հակոբյանների ներկայացուցիչը չկարողացավ մարզում առաջընթաց գրանցել, ավելին, ցուցանիշները սկսել էին բացասական դիագրամներ նկարել, ինչպես կարող է անփորձ և լծակների չտիրապետող որևէ մեկը կանխել մարզի տնտեսության գահավիժումը: Այստեղ էր, որ իշխանությունների մոտ խնդիր առաջացավ հետ բերել Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանին, ով այդ տարիներին ներդրումներ բերելու և կապեր ստեղծելու մեծ փորձ ուներ և ամենամեծ ծավալի ներդրումներն էր ապահովել մարզում: Սա է ամբողջ ճշմարտությունը:

Պարզապես մեր հասարակությունը միանգամից տրվում է էմոցիաներին և չի ցանկանում տարբերակել թացը չորից: Սթափ վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի վերանշանակումը Սյունիքի մարզպետի պաշտոնում հնարավոր է: Որպեսզի մարզի համայնքները շարունակեն զարգանալ, ոչ թե կանգնեն կոտրած տաշտակի առաջ:
