Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ ՌԴ երկու կոմունիստ պատգամավորներ դիմել են Պուտինին՝ կոչ անելով չեղարկել 1921 թվականի ռուս-թուրքական բարեկամության ու եղբայրության մասին պայմանագիրը։ Սա միանգամից առիթ դարձավ զանգվածային երազխաբության հայաստանյան հասարակության երկու շերտերում՝ ռուսպաշտական ու ռուսաֆոբական։
Ու եթե առաջինները արդեն պատկերացնում են, թե ոնց ա Պուտինն անձամբ իր հետևից ռուսական բանակը տանելու գրոհի Մասիս ստորոտների վրա ճողոպրոց թուրքական բանակի դեմ, ապա միջին վիճակագրական լրագիրէյեմի հավատարիմ ընթերցողը ջանում է հասկանալ, թե ռուսները հիմա կոնկրետ ոնց են ուզում հերթական խորտակիչ հարվածը հասցնեն հայ պետականությանն ու ընդհանրապես հայ ազգին։

УЗБОГОЙТЕСЬ․․․ Սա դեռ ավելի շատ բլեֆ ա քան գործողությունների պլան ու առավել ևս՝ հենց գործողություն։ Ռուսաստանը՝ դե ֆակտո հայտնվել է նոր Սառը պատերազմում, բայց ռուսական էլիտան ու քաղաքական իսթեբլիշմենթը նախանձելի համառությամբ ասեմ, թե աննախանձելի բթամտությամբ, բայց չեն ուզում երկիրը տեխափոխել սառը պատերազմի տրամաբանության մեջ, որը ենթադրում է միանգամային այլ ներքաղաքական, արտաքին քաղաքական, տնտեսական ու գաղղափարախոսական կուրս։

Մարդիկ դեռ խառն են սովետական անցյալի հետ պատերազմ տալով ու դեռ չեն ձերբազատվել իրենց երազախաբությունից, որը դեռ Անդրոոպովն էր ներդրել, իսկ Անդրոպովից էլ առաջ՝ Պետրոս Մեծը․ այն է՝ Եվրոպա մտնել, բայց դե, վերադառնանք մեր հավերին․․․

Այս պահի դրությամբ, դեռ վաղ է խոսել, որ Ռուսաստանը որևէ գործնական քայլ կձեռնարկի «Մասիսը հետ բերելու» հարցում ու եթե վերոնշյալ թերությունները չշտկվեն ու չհաղթահարեն իրենց դարավոր բարդույթը, ապա դժվար էլ ինչ որ բան ձեռնարկեն։ Եթե չձեռնարկանե՝ լավ է։ Լավ է այնքանով, որ ավելի վատ չի լինի կոնկրետ այս հարցում, քան հիմա է։

Դե իսկ եթե խելքի գան ու ձեռնարկեն, ավելի լավ։ Ավելի լավ, որովհետև ինչքան էլ խուճապահար մկկան ռուսաֆոբները ու մատնացույց անեն ռուս-թուրքական պաևտերազմների տխուր փորձի մասին մեր մասին ու որքան էլ պատմություն կրկնվել հատկություն ունի, բայց եկեք չմոռնանք, որ ի տարբերություն այդ ժամանակների, մենք հիմա ունենգ մի բոնուս, որը դժվար է գերագնահատել՝ կանոնավոր, մեծ ու հրաշալի պատրաստված ազգային բանակ։ Մնում ա նաև սեփական գլուխը քորելու համար եղունգն օգտագորխելու պատրաստակամություն էլ ունենանք ու պոտենցիալկ ռիսկերը էապես կնվազեն ցանկացած սցենարի դեպքում։
