Վազգեն Ղազարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ինչո՞ւ է հայատանյան հիվանդանոցներում ավելի շատ մարդ մահանում, քան հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում։ Ու սա չափազանցություն չէ։ Ու խոսքը ոչ թե բնական պատճառների մասին է, այլ բժշկական սխալի, անփութության ու կիսատ բուժման արդյունքում մահացող մարդկանց։

Խնդիրը բազմաշերտ է, բայց ես կառանձնացնեի երեք հիմնական պատճառներ․

1․ Վճարովի բժշկությունը բժշկին դարձնում է ղասաբ
Բժիշկը ամենամարդասիրական մասնագիտություններից մեկը լինելով, այսօրվա իրականություն վեր է ածվել հասարակ առևտրի, ինչի արդյունքում տուժում է նաև ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների բարոյականությունը։ Ես բնավ չեմ ասում, որ պետք է առողջապահությունը լինի անվճար, բժիշներն էլ ստանան գրոշեր։ Չէ, մենք ընտրել ենք զարգացման կապիտալիստական մոդելը, բայց ընտրել ենք դրա միայն բացասկան կողմերը։ Այսօր դա ինչ որ ուտոպիա է թվում, բայց եթե բնակչությունն ունենար մարդավայել եկամուտներ, կարելի էր կիրառել պարտադիր առողջապահական ապահովագրություն, ինչպես Արևմուտքում է, որի հաշվին բժիշկներին կերաշխավորվեր բարձր եկամուտ ու միևնույն ժամանակ կձերբազատեր առևտրի գործոնից։

2․ Դիագնոստիկայի քարեդարյան մակարդակ
Բժշկական սարքավորումների հետամնացությունը, ինչպես նաև մասնագետների հաճախ ցածր կվալիֆիկացվածությունը այսօր դիագնոստիկան դարձրել են բախտագուշակության պես մի բան՝ կպավ-կպվա, չէ՝ կներեք։

3․ Կադրերի որակի կատաստրոֆիկ անկում
Քանի՞ ուսանող գիտեք բժշկականի, որ զաչոտներն ու քննություննը ԽԾԲ-ով ու կաշառքով է ստացել, իսկ հետո, էլի նույն եղանակներով դարձել է գործող բժիշկ։ Նման բժիշկը համալսարանում չսովորածը սովորում է պրակտիկայում ու հաճախ՝ մարդկային կյանքի ու առողջության հաշվին։ Սրան գումարեք նաև նախորդ երկու գործոնները ու ստացվում է, որ նման բժիշկի ձեռքն ընկնող հիվանդը պոտենցիալ կամիկաձե է։

Ու քանի դեռ չեն լուծվել այս երեք խնդիրները, մենք ամեն տարի հարյուրավոր կյանքեր ենք կորցնելու հիվանդանոցներում, ընդ որում՝ կյանքեր, որոնք կարելի էր փրկել ու նույնիսկ կյանքեր, որոնք կործանում է անբարեխիղճ բժշկի նշտարն ու բարդ սոցիալակյան պայմանների դեպքում անհասանելի որակյալ ու կվալիֆիկացված բժշկական օգնության պակասը։
