 Շինարարական ծրագրերի իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ նախագծային փաստաթղթերի մշակման, փորձաքննության, հեղինակային և տեխնիկական հսկողության ծառայությունների որակի բարձացման նպատակով կառավարությունն ընդունեց համապատասխան որոշում: ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարար Նարեկ Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ որոշմամբ առաջարկվում է օբյեկտների նախագծանախահաշվային փաստաթղթերի մշակման աշխատանքների գնումների գործընթացն իրականացնել պարզեցված ընթացակարգով:

«Բացի այդ, առաջարկվում է, որ մինչև 50 մլն դրամի շինարարական աշխատանքների պարագայում վերը նշված նախագծային աշխատանքներն իրականացնել տեղերում՝ մարզպետարանների կողմից»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Սարգսյանը: 

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ողջունեց քաղաքաշինության նախարարության մոտեցումը և նշեց, որ լիազորությունների ապակենտրոնացումը հնարավորություն է տալիս տարածքային կառավարման մարմիններին իրենց մասնակցությունը բերել նախագծային աշխատանքներին:
