Տնտեսագետները գազի գնի վերանայման հարցն անհրաժեշտություն են համարում

Տնտեսագետները կարծում են, որ Ռուսաստանի կողմից Հայաստանին մատակարարվող գազի գնի վերանայումը անհրաժեշտություն է: Նրանք համարում են, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունն այս հարցով պետք է գրավոր դիմի Ռուսաստանին: Տնտեսական լրագրողների ակումբի հրավիրած հանդիպմանը նման տեսակետ արտահայտեցին տնտեսական փորձագետներ Վահագն և Վիլեն Խաչատրյանները:

Վահագն Խաչատրյանի խոսքով` իրավիճակ է փոխվել, ֆորսմաժորային իրադրությունում է հայտնվել ողջ համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը, ինչն առիթ է գազի գնի վերանայման հարցը բարձրացնելու համար: «Ճիշտ է մեզ մատակարարվող գազի գինը պայմանագրային է, բայց, հաշվի առնելով մեր տնտեսության վիճակը, նավթի գների անկումը, պետք է վերանայել գազի գները»,- ասաց Վահագն Խաչատրյանը: 

Վիլեն Խաչատրյանի գնահատմամբ` երկկողմանի կամք  ցուցաբերելու պարագայում գազային պայմանագրի վերանայման հարցը հնարավոր կլինի: Սակայն նա կարծում է, որ սահմանին գազի գնի իջեցումը չի գործի արդեն սպառողների համար, ինչն ուղղակի անհրաժեշտություն է: «Անհրաժեշտ է, որպեսզի վերանայվի գազային պայմանագիրը: Չնայած Հայաստանն այնպիսի պայմանագիր է կնքել, որի ամենավատ կետերից է այն, որ ծավալը ֆիքսված է, այսինքն` ինչ ուզում ես արա, այդ ծավալի դիմաց պետք է վճարես: Եթե լիներ ըստ սպառման,  հնարավորություն կլիներ: Բայց հաշվի առնելով այն, որ մեր բնակչության գնողունակությունը անկում է ապրում, բնակչության թվաքանակն արտագնա աշխատանքի պատճառով պակասում է, մարդիկ սկսում են ավելի խնայողաբար ծախսել իրենց ռեսուրսները, առաջանում է գազի դիմաց վճարման դժվարություն, հետևաբար, նաև գնի վերանայման պահանջ»,-նշեց տնտեսագետը:
