Սննդամթերքի գների տարբերությունը մայրաքաղաքում և մարզերում որոշ դեպքերում հասնում է 2000 դրամի

2016 թվականի հունվար ամսին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Վիճվարչության կողմից գրանցված սպառողական ապրանքների գների ուսումնասիրության համաձայն՝ պարզվում է, որ որոշ ապրանքների գները մայրաքաղաքում և հանրապետության այլ քաղաքներում բավականին տարբեր են: Զարմանալի է, բայց որոշ ապրանքատեսակներ մայրաքաղաքում մինչև 2000 դրամ ավելի թանկ արժեն:

Դիտարկումը կատարվել է զուգահեռաբար Երևանում և մարզերի խոշոր քաղաքներում: Գրանցված ցուցանիշների համաձայն՝ պարզվում է, որ մայրաքաղաքում բլղուրի, բրնձի, լոբու, ոսպի, սիսեռի գները մոտ 400 դրամով ավելի բարձր են հանրապետության մյուս քաղաքներում վաճառվող նույն ապրանքատեսակների համեմատ: Օրինակ՝ եթե Երևանի շուկաներում և խանութներում վաճառվող լոբու միջին գինը 1730 դրամ է, ապա Հրազդանում, Եղեգնաձորում և Գավառում այն վաճառվում է 1300-1350 դրամով: Գրեթե նույն պատկերն է ձավարի, հաճարի և հնդկաձավարի դեպքում: Եթե երևանյան խանութներում նշված ընդեղենների միջին գինը համապատասխանաբար կազմում է 710, 867 և 1155 դրամ, ապա Գավառում վաճառվող ձավարի գինը 420 դրամ է, հաճարինը՝ 556, իսկ հնդկաձավարի վաճառքի միջին գինը մոտ 450 դրամով ավելի է և կազմում է 753 դրամ:

Հանրապետության փոքր քաղաքներում վաճառվող տավարի, խոզի և ոչխարի մսի գինը նույնպես ցածր է մայրաքաղաքի գներից: Այստեղ տարբերությունը կազմում է մոտ 300 դրամ: Որքան էլ զարմանալի է, թռչնամսի գնի մեջ առանձնապես տարբերություն չկա: Թե´ մայրաքաղաքում, թե´ այլ քաղաքներում թռչնամսի գինը 1500 դրամի շրջակայքում է, բայց, օրինակ՝ Իջևանում թռչնամիս կարելի է ձեռք բերել 1400 դրամով: Մսամթերքի շուկայում գնային տարբերությունն առավել մեծանում է ենթամսամթերքի՝ լյարդի, սրտի և թոքի գների դեպքում: Այստեղ տարբերությունը մայրաքաղաքում և այլ քաղաքներում հասնում է մոտ 1000 դրամի: Օրինակ՝ եթե 1 կգ տավարի լյարդի կամ սրտի համար սպառողը Երևանում վճարում է միջինը 1930 դրամ, ապա նույն մսամթերքն այլ քաղաքից գնելու դեպքում կվճարի 1000-1300 դրամ: Վիճվարչության տվյալների համաձայն՝ մեծ է նաև եփած երշիկի գնի տարբերությունը: Եթե մայրաքաղաքում եփած երշիկը կարելի է գնել միջինը 2400 դրամով, ապա Հրազդանում, Եղեգնաձորում, Գավառում եփած երշիկ կարելի է ձեռք բերել ընդամենը 1800-1900 դրամով, իսկ այս սննդամթերքի ամենացածր գինը Արտաշատում է: Այն տատանվում է 1700-1750 դրամի սահմաններում: 2000 2100 դրամի տարբերություն կա նաև բաստուրմայի գնի դեպքում: Եթե այս սննդատեսակի գինը մայրաքաղաքում 8500-8700 դրամ է, ապա Եղեգնաձորում և Կապանում այն կարելի է ձեռք բերել ընդամենը 6100-6700-ի սահմաններում:

Գների միջև տարբերությունը կրկին բավականին մեծ է կարագի դեպքում: Մայրաքաղաքում դրա վաճառքի միջին գինը 4100 դրամի սահմաններում է, իսկ հանրապետության այլ քաղաքներում այն վաճառվում է 2600-2800 դրամով: Հետաքրքիր է, թե Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովը գիտի՞ այս մասին և արդյո՞ք այս հարցում ամեն ինչ նորմալ է: Լավ կլիներ, որ հասկանալի լիներ նաև, թե արդյոք արդարացված է, որ նույն սննդամթերքը մայրաքաղաքում և հանրապետության այլ քաղաքներում տարբեր գներով են վաճառվում և արդյոք այստեղ չեն խախտվում սպառողների իրավունքները:
