Մեր կյանքը մի վառ ակնթարթ է, որը բաղկացած է միլիոնավոր լուսարձակումներից։ Մի վայրկյանը կարող է կյանք պարգեւել, միեւնույն ժամանակ նաեւ խլել այն։ Մի ակնթարթն ունակ է էապես ամեն ինչ փոխել։

Ինչի համար են մարդիկ մահվանից առաջ ափսոսում… եկեք փորձենք հասկանալ հոգեբանների տեսանկյունից։

1. Ավելի լավ է զղջալ արածների, քան չարածների համար.

Պետք չէ վախենալ սեփական զգացմունքներից եւ ցանկություններից։ Պետք չէ հոգին թաքցնել շրջապատից։ Սուտն ու վախը ուժ չունեն։ Այդ զգացմունքները կուլ են տալիս մեր հոգու ուժը։ Միայն ձգտումներն են մեզ երջանկության տանում։ Մի վախեցեք ինքներդ ձեզ հարցեր տալ, մի վախեցեք ճշմարտությունից, վայելեք ձեռք բերած փորձը։ Ցանկացած ֆիզիկական ցավ ժամանակի հետ անցնում է, իսկ հոգեկան ցավը չի հնանում։

 

2. Արդյո՞ք բավարար ուժեղ էիք սիրում.

Հետ նայելով երբեմն դժվար է հասկանալ, թե արդյո՞ք մեզնից կախված ամեն ինչ արել ենք։ Կարողացե՞լ  ենք գոնե ինչ-որ չափով մեր մտերիմների կյանքը հեշտացնել։ Արդյո՞ք բավարար չափի ուժ ունեցել ենք մեր մտերիմներին դրական էներգիա եւ քնքշություն պարգեւելու համար։ Կարողանու՞մ ենք մտերիմների համար հարմարավետություն ստեղծել։ Չի կարելի սխալ կամ ճիշտ սիրել։ Միայն ինքներս կարող ենք գնահատել, թե արդյո՞ք ամեն ինչ արել ենք, թե՞ «ծուլացել» ենք հարաբերություններ կառուցելիս։

Չի կարելի չափից դուրս շատ սիրել. յուրաքանչյուր հոգի ունի իր հնարավորություններն ու սահմանափակումները։ Հոգատարությունը պետք է ընդունել եւ երկու անգամ շատ տալ, «չնվիրած» ջերմության զգացմունքը զրկում է մեզ սեփական կյանքի էներգիայից։

 

3. Հեշտությա՞մբ ենք հրաժարվել անպետքությունից, որքա՞ն թեթեւ ենք ապրել.

Ողբերգություններն ու դեպրեսիաները դարձել են մեր սովորական հոգեվիճակը։ Շատերը հետ են սովորել կյանքը պարզապես վայելելուց։ Մենք հազվադեպ ենք զբոսնում սիրելիների հետ, մեզ չեն ուրախացնում հանգստյան օրերի առավոտները, տաք անձրեւը,  նոր ընկնող ձյունը եւ նոր օրվա ծնունդը։

Մենք այնքան ենք տարվում առօրյա հոգսերով, որ մոռանում ենք տեսնել ամենակարեւորը՝ընտանիքն ու մտերիմներին։ Հանգիստն ու բավարարվածությունը մեր նպատակն են, ներքին հավասարակշռությունն ու արտաքին աշխարհի հետ հարմոնիան՝ մեր առաքելությունը։

Պետք չէ ողբերգություն փնտրել այնտեղ, որտեղ չկա։ Դրանում ուժ եւ էներգիա չկա։ Եկեք հազվադեպ քննարկենք փոքրիկ թերություններն ու հաճախ ուրախանանք փոքրիկ եւ անսպասելի մանրուքներից։  Կյանքը մեկն  է, ինչու՞ այն ծախսել միլիոնավոր ցածրարժեք  կեղծիքների վրա, եթե մեր շուրջն իսկապես կան բարձրորակ արժեքներ։
