ՀՀԿ-ՀՅԴ խնամախոսության լավագույն  գնահատականը, որքան էլ զարմանալի է, տվեց գեներալ Սեյրան Սարոյանը՝ համեմատելով ամուսնության հետ։ Այս երկու կուսակցությունների քաղաքական ամուսնությունը կարծես թե կայացած կարելի է համարել, քանի որ հնչել արդեն բոլոր անունները։ Մենք, իհարկե, բավական պարկեշտություն ունենք, որպեսզի չխառնվենք այդ ուժերի ներամուսնական հարցերի մեջ, սակայն հնրավոր չէ անտարբեր մնալ այն պարագայում, երբ ՀՀԿ-ՀՅԴ հարսանյաց հանդեսի նախապայմանները յուրօրինակ ծաղր են դառնում հասարակության նկատմամբ։ Թերևս ծաղրից բացի, որևէ այլ կերպ դժվար է բնութագրել արտակարգ իրավիճակների և տարածքային կառավարման նախարարության անդամահատումը։

Բոլորս գիտենք, թե ինչ որակի ու մակարդակի վարչակարգ մենք ունենք, որից անսպասելի ոչինչ չկա, սակայն երբեմն ուղղակի աբսուրդի թատրոնի են վերածվում այդ վարչակարգի կողմից իրականացվող քաղաքական կոչված գործողությունները։ Համաձայնենք, որ թեկուզ միայն էսթետիկական առումով պարզապես զզվելի է պաշտոնակռվի նման հրապարակային դրսևորումը։

Իհարկե՝ այսքանից հետո մեր ՀՅԴ էլիտան ամպագորգոռ կերպով խոսելու է, թե ինչպիսի համահայկական նշանակության ազդեցություն ունեցավ առանձին տարածքային կառավարման նարարության ստեղծումը և ինչպիսի հեղափոխական դեր խաղաց դաշնակցական Լոքյանի նստեցումը նախարարական աթոռին։ Բնական է՝ այդպես է եղել վերջին 100-120 տարում, այդպես էլ շարունակվելու է։ Սակայն մի ստվեր այնուամենայնիվ թևածում է օդում...Հասթափության ստվերն է, քանի որ ՀՅԴ-ն վերջին տասը տարվա իր գործունեությամբ քայլ առ քայլ սպառում է երկրի, ժողովրդի ու պետականության մասին  ու, ընդհանրապես, խոսելու իր բարոյական իրավունքը։ Որովհետև պորտֆելամուրացկանության քաղաքականության հետ կապ ունեցող ոչինչ չկա և չի էլ կարող լինել կամ, միգուցե, դաշնակցականներն էլ վերջնականապես ընդօրինակել  են իրենց հանրապետական գործընկերներից այն թյուր սկզբունքը, թե քաղաքականությունն անբարոյականություն է, և շարժվում են առաջ։

Եթե նույնիսկ այդպես է, ապա պետք է հիասթափեցնենք 21-րդ դարի մեր հեղափոխականներին, ինչպես նաև իրենց ցեղակրոն գործընկերներին, քաղաքականությունն անբարոյական չէ, պարզապես այն անբարոյական են դարձնում այդ կարգի ուժերն ու գործիչները։
