Մաքսային ծառայողները չարաշահել են լիազորությունները

 ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կոռուպցիոն և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վաչության պետի զեկուցագրի հիման վրա նապատրաստված նյութերի ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2013թ. ապրիլի 17-ին Բագրատաշենի մաքսային կետով «Mercedes-Benz S550» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան ներմուծվել է ՀՀ, որից հետո 2013 թվականի օգոստոսի 28-ին ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների մաքսային ձևակերպումների մասնագիտացված մաքսատանը հայտարարագրվել է 15 մլն 669 հազար 690 ՀՀ դրամ մաքսային արժեքով, «ժամանակավոր ներմուծում» մաքսային ռեժիմով` 15 օր ժամկետով: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, այնուհետև հիշյալ ավտոմեքենան հայտարարագրվել է նույն մաքսային կետում «վերաարտահանում» մաքսային ռեժիմով: Ըստ փաստաթղթերի, իբր, 2013թ. սեպտեմբերի 22-ին՝  ժամը 18:33-ին, քաղաքացի Ա. Ա.-ն Բագրատաշենի հսկիչ-անցագրային կետով նույն ավտոմեքենայով մեկնել է ՀՀ-ից:

Մինչդեռ 2014թ. նոյեմբերի 17-ին հիշյալ մեքենան հայտնվել է Երևան քաղաքում: ՀՀ ՖՆ նախաբացթողումային հսկողության վարչության  աշխատակիցներն այն հայտնաբերել են «Ավտոդաս» ՍՊ ընկերության տարածքում` մասնատված վիճակում:

Նյութերի հետագա ուսումնասիրությամբ՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ինտերպոլի ազգային կենտրոնական բյուրո կատարված հարցմամբ պարզվել է, որ հիշյալ ավտոմեքենան 2010թ. հունվարի 1-ից մինչև 2015թ. փետրվարի 22-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Վրաստանի պետական սահմանը չի հատել, քաղաքացի Ա. Ա.-ի կողմից 2013թ. սեպտեմբերի 22-ին Վրաստանի սահմանային անցակետերից որևէ մեկով սահմանը հատելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն առկա չէ, ինչպես նաև ավտոմեքենան կրկին ՀՀ չի ներմուծվել:

Հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող անձանց կողմից առերևույթ պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու և պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ և 314 հոդվածների 1-ին մասերով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
