Ալիեւին Իրանում Կասպից ծովում համագործակցության նոր պլան են ներկայացրել

Իրանի նախագահ Հասան Ռուհանին այսօր Թեհրանում Ադրբեջանի իր գործընկեր Իլհամ Ալիեւին Կասպից ծովում նավթագազային համագործակցության նոր պլան է ներկայացրել:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով իրանական Mehr լրատվական գործակալությունը, լրագրողներին հայտարարել է Իրանի նավթի նախարար Բիժան Զանգանեն` նշելով, որ Ադրբեջանին Կասպից ծովում նավթային եւ գազային հանքահորերի շահագործման եւ փոխանակման գծով առաջարկներ են արվել:

Թեհրանի առաջարկները ներառում են երկու երկրների համագործակցություն, ծովում նավթագազային հանքահորերի համատեղ շահագործում, ինչպես նաեւ նավթի եւ գազի առեւտրի ընդլայնում, նավթի փոխանակման վերականգնում:

Բիժան Զանգանեն նաեւ ընդգծել է, որ «Կասպից ծովում նավթի արդյունահանման ծախսերը ինչպես Իրանի, այնպես էլ որոշ հարեւան երկրների համար խիստ մեծ են, եւ մերձկասպյան երկրների միջեւ համագործակցությունը կհանգեցնի ծախսերի կրճատմանը»:   

Իրանի նավթի փոխնախարար եւ ազգային նավթային NIGC ընկերության նախագահ Համիդ Ռզա Արաքին Ալիեւի Թեհրան այցի նախօրեին հայտարարել էր, որ Ռուսաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններ են տարվում օրական 50-60 մլն խմ բնական գազի փոխադրման, ինչպես նաեւ Կասպից ծովում Ղազախստանի ու Ռուսաստանի հետ նավթի եւ գազի փոխանակման (սվոպի մեխանիզմ) շուրջ: Այդ մեխանիզմի հիման վրա Իրանը պետք է Կասպից ծովում ադրբեջանական նավթ ստանա եւ դրա փոխարեն նույն ծավալով իրանական նավթ շուկա հանի Պարսից ծոցում:
