Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ չհանդիսացող պետություններից միջազգային փոստային եւ սուրհանդակային առաքումներով անհատ ձեռնարկատեր չհանդիսացող ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից Հայաստան ներմուծվող ապրանքների համար գործող իրավակարգավորումները հստակեցնելու եւ հնարավոր տարընթերցումները բացառելու նպատակով կառավարությունը փոփոխություններ է կատարել նախկինում ընդունված որոշման մեջ։

Խնդիրն այն, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ չհանդիսացող պետություններից միջազգային փոստային եւ սուրհանդակային առաքումներով ներմուծումների դեպքում գործող կանոնակարգերով երբեմն առաջանում են տարընթերցումներ՝ կապված ապրանքների համար գանձվող վճարների հետ։ Հաշվի առնելով այդ հանգամանքը՝ կատարված փոփոխությունը հնարավորություն է տալիս խուսափել նման երեւույթների առաջացումից եւ թույլ է տալիս ձեւավորել միասնական մոտեցում։

Ըստ այդմ, սահմանվում է, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրներից քաղաքացիների կողմից միջազգային փոստային կամ սուրհանդակային առաքումներով ներմուծումների դեպքում, եթե ապրանքի ընդհանուր քաշը չի գերազանցում 30 կիլոգրամը, իսկ մաքսային արժեքը՝ 200 հազար դրամը, ապա որեւէ գանձում չի իրականացվում։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ չհանդիսացող պետություններից նման առաքումներ կատարելուն, ապա այդ դեպքում առկա է տարբերակված մոտեցում։ Նույն ամսվա ընթացքում մեկ անգամ մինչեւ 30կգ եւ 200 հազար դրամը չգերազանցող մաքսային արժեքով առաքումների ժամանակ որեւէ գանձում չի կատարում։ Գանձում կատարվում է, եթե գերազանցվում է քաշը կամ մաքսային արժեքը։
