Արման Թաթոյանը ձգտելու է պատվով կատարել օմբուդսմենի պարտականությունները

Մարդու իրավունքների նորընտիր պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն առաջիկայում կհստակեցնի այն հիմնական ուղղությունները, որոնք լինելու են իր ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակում փետրվարի 24-ին աշխատակազմին ներկայանալիս նա վստահություն հայտնեց, որ կկարողանա պատվով կատարել պարտականությունն երը: Արման Թաթոյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ ՄԻՊ աշխատանքը որևէ քաղաքական գործոնով չի կարող պայմանավորված լինել. իր ունեցած լիազորություններով կիրականացնի օմբուդսմենի բոլոր գործառույթները:

Արման Թաթոյանի հավաստիացմամբ՝ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հետ կապված հասարակական հնչեղություն ունեցող բոլոր խնդիրները կուսումնասիրվեն: Պատասխանելով կալանավորված անձանց այցելելու և նրանց գործերին գնահատական տալու վերաբերյալ լրագրողների հարցերին՝ նա նշեց, որ ժամանակ է հարկավոր նախապատրաստվելու և առանձին դեպքերին պրոֆեսիոնալ գնահատական տալու համար, հնարարավոր չէ հապշտապ հայտարարություններ անել: «Այդ հարցերը ուսումնասիրելը սիրողական մակարդակի չէ, պետք է խորությամբ նայել գործին, նյութերի հիման վրա գնահատական տալ, հակառակ դեպքում պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցում չի լինի»,- ասաց օմբուդսմենըէ ի պատասխան լրագրողի «քաղբանտարկյալ» որակմանը:  

Արման Թաթոյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց նաև, որ կա ձևավորված աշխատակազմ, թիմ, և աշխատելու են միասին:

Նորընտիր պաշտպանին իր աշխատակազմին ներկայացնելիս Ազգային Ժողովի փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը նշեց, որ բավական լուրջ մրցակցային գործընթացի արդյունքում պատգամավորների մեծամասնության վստահության քվեն ստացած Արման Թաթոյանը ունակ է արդյունավետորեն աշխատել և արդարացնել մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի ակնկալած հույսերը:

«Հանձին Թաթոյանի, գործ ունենք մասնագիտական շատ բարձր ունակություններով օժտված, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ բավական աշխատանք կատարած փորձառու մարդու հետ, որը տարիներ շարունակ աշխատել է  օրենքի գերակայության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ»,- ասաց Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը: Նա խորհրդանշական համարեց, որ Արման Թաթոյանի գործունեության սկիզբը համընկնում է երկրում ընթացող փոփոխությունների հետ և հույս հայտնեց, որ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը Հայաստանում նրա աշխատանքով նոր փուլ կթևակոխի:

ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հովհաննես Սահակյանը ևս, հաջողություն մաղթելով Արման Թաթոյանին մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատանքում, ընդգծեց, որ Ազգահին ժողովում նրա ստացած 96 քվեն շատ լուրջ վստահություն է, որը թույլ է տալիս շատ արագ կարգավորելու բոլոր այն խնդիրները, որոնք կառաջանան մեր երկրում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում:
