Ազգային ժողովի ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էլինար Վարդանյանը պատգամավորների շրջանում ստորագրահավաք է սկսել՝ քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստ Վարդգես Գասպարիի խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխելու հարցով Վերաքննիչ դատարան միջնորդություն ներկայացնելու համար: Ազգային ժողովի նիստի մեկնարկին պատգամավորը մտահոգություն հայտնեց Վարդգես Գասպարիի կալանավորման վերաբերյալ և բոլոր պատգամավորներին կոչ արեց միանալ ստորագրահավաքին: «Ցանկանում եմ անհանգստությունս հայտնել Վարդգես Գասպարիի կալանավորման  հետ կապված: Վերջին օրերին այն հասարակության օրակարգի կարևորագույն խնդիրներից մեկն է: Մի կողմ թողնենք քաղաքական և իրավական ձևակերպումները, խոսքը մարդու մասին է, ընդ որում մարդու, ով առողջական խնդիրներ ունի: Ես այս պահին սկսել եմ ստորագրահավաք, որն ուղղելու եմ Վերաքննիչ դատարանին, որը քննարկելու է կալանքի դեմ բերված բողոքը: Ուստի խնդրում եմ բոլոր պատգամավորներին միանալ ստորագրահավաքին՝ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց փոփոխելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն ներկայացնելու համար»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Վարդանյանը:

ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը հիշեցրեց, որ փետրվարի 24-ին կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը հայտարարել է, որ Վարդգես Գասպարին առողջական խնդիրներ չունի: «Ամեն դեպքում, մենք նրան առողջություն ենք մաղթում, և, եթե կա նման անհանգստություն, պատրաստ ենք միանալ»,- հավելեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:

Թեմային անդրադարձավ նաև «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թևան Պողոսյանը: «Տեղեկացնեմ, որ երեկ Վարդգես Գասպարին իր իրավաբանների միջոցով տեղեկացրել էր մի խումբ պատգամավորների երաշխավորագիր պատրաստելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը ես կատարել եմ: Խաչատուր Քոքոբելյանը, Հրանտ Բագրատյանը, Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը, Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, Արամ Մանուկյանը և ես միացել ենք: Ես առաջարկում եմ մեր նամակները միացնենք և այսօրվա ընթացքում ուղարկենք»,- ասաց Պողոսյանը:
