Իմունոթերապիան՝ քաղցկեղի բուժման ամենանոր և արդյունավետ միջոցներից մեկն է, որը հաջողությամբ օգտագործում են հիվանդության ցանկացած փուլում: Այս մեթոդի էությունն է՝ ստիպել մարդու իմունային համակարգին պայքարել հիվանդության դեմ: Ազդեցությունը գործում է միայն ուռուցքի բջիջների վրա՝ չվնասելով առողջ բջիջներին: Այդ պատճառով էլ, նման բուժման վատ ազդեցությունները հասցված են մինիմումի:

Քաղցկեղի սկզբնական փուլում՝ 1-ին և 2-րդ, իմունոթերապիան օգտագործում են որպես բուժման լրացուցիչ միջոց, բայց հիվանդության 3-րդ և 4-րդ փուլում գտնվողների համար այն միակ հնարավոր ելքն է:

Բժշկությունը տեղում չի դոփում: Ամերիկացի գիտնականների ամենանոր հետազոտությունները, որոնց արդյունքները հրապարակվել են 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 14-ին, ապացուցում են դա: Վերջերս մշակվել է իմունոթերապիայի նոր տեսակ, որը գերազանցում է մինչ այժմ գոյություն ունեցող բոլոր միջոցներին:

Փորձարկմանը մասնակցել են հիվանդներ սուր լիմֆոբլաստային լեյկոզով, խրոնիկ լիմֆոբլաստային լեյկոզով և ոչ Հոջկինյան լիմֆոմայով, ովքեր գտնվել են հիվանդության 3-րդ և 4-րդ փուլերում:

Փորձարկվողների արյան մեջից առանձնացրել են T-լիմֆոցիտները: Ոչ ակտիվ լենտիվիրուսի օգնությամբ, ԴՆԹ-ի լիմֆոցիտների մեջ տեղադրել են հակագենային ռեցեպտորի գեն: Այդ ընկալիչը (ռեցեպտորը) պարունակում է սպիտակուցի ազդանշանայի դոմեն, որն անհրաժեշտ է T-լիմֆոցիտի գոյության համար, ինչպես նաև ուռուցքի բջիջների ռեցեպտորներին միացված, կապված սպիտակուց:

Նոր բջիջները տեղադրեցին, ներարկեցին հիվանդների երակների մեջ՝ անբավարար արդյունքի դեպքում 21 օր հետո նորից կրկնելու հնարավարությամբ: Արդեն մի քանի շաբաթ հետո, սուր լիմֆոբլաստային լեյկոզով 29 հիվանդներից 27-ի մոտ նկատվեցին քաղցկեղային բջիջների բացակայություն, իսկ ոչ Հոջկինյան լիմֆոմայով 30 հիվանդներից 19-ը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ բուժվել էին:

Թերապիայի հիմնական վատ ազդեցությունները եղել են ուժեղ սարսուռը, ջերմությունը և արյան ցածր ճնշումը:

Սակայն բջիջների չափաբաժնի ուղղումից հետո, հետագայում հաջողվել է խուսափել այդ արձագանքներից:

Գիտնականները շարունակում են աշխատել այս մեթոդի կատարելագործման վրա և այնպես են անում, որ այս միջոցով կարողանան բուժել նաև այլ չարորակ ուռուցքներ. Կրծքի քաղցկեղ, թոքերի քաղցկեղ:

Սա հիանալի նորություն է քաղցկեղով հազարավոր հիվանդների համար, այն բուժման և երկար կյանքի հույս է տալիս նրանց:
