Գազարով դիետա՝ ավելորդ քաշից հեշտությամբ ազատվելու համար

Եթե այն մարդկանցից եք, ովքեր պայքարում են ավելորդ քաշի դեմ՝ հրաժարվելով որոշակի տեսակների սննդից, ապա նշենք, որ այս միջոցը ոչ միայն վնասակար է օրգանիզմի համար, այլ նաև բոլորովին ավելորդ է։ Կարևոր է ընտրել այնպիսի առողջ սնունդ, որը կհագեցնի քաղցը և միևնույն ժամանակ կօգնի քաշի նվազեցմանը։

Եթե ցանկանում եք առողջ տարբերակով նիհարել, ապա փորձեք գազարի այս դիետան։ Գազարը հարուստ է մանրաթելերով, որն արագորեն անցնում է ստամոքսաաղիքային տրակտով։ Այն հարուստ է նաև A,C, K, B6 վիտամիններով, մագնեզիումով, երկաթով և այլն։

Գազարի դիետան ոչ միայն կնիհարեցնի, այլ նաև կմաքրի ամբողջ օրգանիզմը։ Դիետան տևում է 4 օր, որից հետո ևս շարունակելու դեպքում կունենաք անհավանական արդյունքներ։

Ահա, թե ինչ է հարկավոր անել՝ 4 օրում 3կգ նիհարելու համար։

Առաջին օր – նախաճաշին, ճաշին և ընթրիքին ուտել միայն 2-3 քերած գազար՝ համեմված կիտրոնի հյութով։

Երկրորդ օր – գազարից բացի նախաճաշին կարելի է ուտել նաև մրգեր՝ խնձոր, 2-3 կիվի կամ նարինջ։

Երրորդ օր – ճաշի ժամանակ կարելի է գազարի հետ ուտել նաև բրոկոլի կամ ծաղկակաղամբ։

Չորրորդ օր – ընթրիքին քերած գազարի հետ միասին կարելի է ուտել նաև կաղամբ, վարունգ։

Այս 4 օրերի ընթացքում խորհուրդ է տրվում խմել շատ ջուր և առանց շաքարավազի թեյ։ Գազարով դիետայի ընթացքում արգելվում է օգտագործել աղ և ձիթապտուղ։
