ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության գործակալության պետ Արմեն Սողոյանը փետրվարի 26-ին նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանին է ներկայացրել բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության գործակալության 2015թ. կատարված աշխատանքների ամփոփումը:

Ինչպես փոխանցեցին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել նաև գործակալության բոլոր տարածքային հանձնաժողովների նախագահները:

Արմեն Սողոյանը, ներկայացնելով հաշվետու ժամանկահատվածում գործակալության կողմից իրականացված աշխատանքների արդյունքները, անդրադարձել է նաև ոլորտում առկա խնդիրներին, բացթողումներին, մատնանշել իրավիճակը բարելավող ուղիներ:

Ամփոփելով հանդիպման արդյունքները` նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը 2015թ. ընթացքում կատարված աշխատանքներն ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական է գնահատել, միևնույն ժամանակ պահանջել ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել քաղաքացիների հետ շփումներում էթիկայի նորմերը: 

«Ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների ու բացթողումների կողքին ուզում եմ առանձնահատուկ անդրադառնալ քաղաքացիների հետ ձեր աշխատանքին: Բացի այն, որ դուք բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննական հանձնաժողովում բժիշկ փորձագետ եք, դուք նաև սոցիալական աշխատող եք, ով պետք է մարդու հետ սոցիալական աշխատանք իր ականացնի: Դա դժվար գործ է, քանի որ մարդուն երբեմն դժվար է բացատրել, որ օրինակ՝ քո ուզած հաշմանդամության խումբը օրենսդրությամբ չի կարող սահմանվել: Այդուհանդերձ, պահանջս մեկն է՝ որևէ մեկը իրեն իրավունք չպետք է վերապահի քաղաքացու հետ շփվելիս լինել կոպիտ կամ անտարբեր: Եթե չեք կարողանում կատարել այդ աշխատանքը, մի աշխատեք:

Սա ես բազմիցս եմ ասել, այսօր մեկ անգամ ևս հորդորում և պահանջում եմ քաղաքացիների խնդիրներին մոտենալ ըմբռնումով և լինել բարեկիրթ, հատկապես, որ մենք աշխատում ենք հասարակության խոցելի խմբերի հետ»,-ասել է Ասատրյանը` հավելելով, որ իրենց գործունեության մեջ պետք է լինեն թափանցիկ:

Հանդիպման ավարտին նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը բարձրացված խնդիրների վերաբերյալ հանձնարարել է խորացված վերլուծություններ իրականացնել ըստ ԲՍՓՀ-ների՝ հաշվի առնելով բոլոր գործոնները և ցուցանիշները (ըստ հիվանդությունների տեսակների, սահմանված հաշմանդամության խմբերի, կիրառված բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության չափորոշիչների) և ներկայացնել առաջարկներ:
