Վերահսկիչ պալատի նախագահի տեղակալ Լևոն Յոլյանի անունը վերջին շրջանում շատ է շրջանառվում տարբեր առիթներով: Նրան կամ «մոխրագույն կարդինալ»-ի տիտղոսին են արժանացնում, կամ այլ բացասական երանգ չգտնելու դեպքում ասում են` ՀՀ նախագահի մտերիմն է: Իրականում այդ ամենի նպատակը Յոլյանի վրա ցեխ շպրտելն է, բայց, անկեղծ ասած, ով ինչքան էլ որ մեծ ցանկություն ունենա նրան վարկաբեկելու, միևնույնն է` չի կարողանա, քանի որ Յոլյանի նրա նման հայրենասեր ու պետականաշինությանը նվիրված անձնավորություն գտնելը բավական դժվար կլինի, գուցե՝ անհնար:

Արդարության առաջ չմեղանչելու համար նշենք, որ, իրականում, եթե նա նախարար դարձած լիներ, ապա տվյալ ոլորտը վաղուց փրկված կլիներ թալանից ու ավերածություններից, քանի որ Լ. Յոլյանին կեղտոտ փողեր պետք չեն: Նա ի ծնե ամեն ինչ տեսել է, մեծացել է բավական բարեկեցիկ ընտանիքում և ի տարբերություն ներկայիս «էլիտավորների»՝ բավականին զարգացած, կիրթ և օրինակելի անձնավորություն է:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Յոլյան-ՀՀ նախագահ կապին, ապա նրանք հին ընկերներ են, ու եթե խոսքը սոսկ նախարարի պաշտոնում նշանակելու մասին լիներ, ապա Լ.Յոլյանը շատ վաղուց դրան հասած կլիներ: Բայց այստեղ մի փոքր դադար առնենք: Իրականում ոչ թե Լևոն Սուրենիչին է պետք այս կամ այն պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու միջոցով հեղինակություն ձեռք բերել, այլ, ավելի շատ, մեր երկիրը նման մարդու կարիքն ունի, քանզի միանշանակ կարելի է պնդել, որ Լ. Յոլյանի հեղինակությունը ոչ միայ Հայաստանում, այլև ԱՊՀ մի շարք երկներում բավականաչափ բարձր է: Բացի այդ՝ դժվար է գտնել վերջինիս նման մեկ այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի, ով, առողջապահության փոխնախարարի, հետո արդեն ՎՊ նախագահի տեղակալի պաշտոնում աշխատելով, այդքան մաքուր մնացած լինի:

Այնպես որ, եթե ՀՀ նախագահականում իսկապես որոշում է կայացվել Լ. Յոլյանին ՀՀ Էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար նշանակել, ապա դա պետք է միայն ու միայն ծափահարություններով ընդունել: Նրա նման կիրթ և խելացի նախարարների կարիքը մենք շատ-շատ ունենք:

Սա բնավ էլ այն դեպքը չէ, որ եթե ՀՀ նախագահի մտերիմն է, ուեմն՝ վատ է: Ընդհակառակը՝ Յոլյանին նախարար նշանակելու դեպքում ոչ միայն համակարգը շատ արագ ոտքի կկանգնի, այլև՝ ժողովուրդը մի քիչ թթվածին կստանա: Ու եթե վերևներում նման որոշում կա, ապա լավ կլինի, որ օր առաջ այն կյանքի կոչվի, քանի որ էներգետիկայի ոլորտում ամեն ինչ այնքան է մրոտվել ու կեղտոտվել, որ վաղուց ժամանակն է՝ ամեն ինչ իր տեղը դրվի:
