Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Արամ Սուքիասյանի և Էստոնիայից ժամանած կրթական ոլորտի մի խումբ փորձագետների հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկվել են ներառական կրթության հարցեր
Ներառական կրթության հարցեր են քննարկվել Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Արամ Սուքիասյանի և Էստոնիայից ժամանած կրթական ոլորտի մի խումբ փորձագետների հանդիպման ժամանակ։ Ութ մասնագետներից բաղկացած պատվիրակությունը, որի կազմում են Էստոնիայի կրթության և արտաքին գործերի նախարարության ներկայացուցիչներ և նեղ մասնագետներ, գլխավորում է Էստոնիայի «ՍՕՍ մանկական գյուղեր»-ի տնօրեն Մարգուս Օրոն։
Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալը հույս է հայտնել, որ այցը և նախատեսված թրեյնինգը մեծապես օգտակար կլինեն Երևանի հանրակրթական դպրոցներում ներառական կրթության ներդրման զարգացման գործում։
«Մեր մտահոգությունները նույնական են։ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը, ի դեմս հանրակրթության վարչության, ջատագովն է ներառական կրթության ներդրման ու զարգացման, ինչը մեծ նշանակություն ունի մեզ համար. հետևաբար հետաքրքրված ենք ձեր փորձառությամբ և այն առաջարկություններով, որոնք այս օրերին քննարկումների արդյունքում կձևավորվեն։ Վերջին շրջանում մեծ աճ ենք արձանագրել մշակութային ու մարզական միջոցառումներում ներառական կրթության շահառու երեխաների մասնակցության առումով, ինչը նրանց համար նախևառաջ հոգեբանական մեծ ներազդեցություն ունի, և դա քաղաքապետարանի ծրագրային նախաձեռնություններից է»,- նշել է Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Արամ Սուքիասյանը։
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հանրակրթության վարչության պետ Գայանե Սողոմոնյանը ներկայացրել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության դպրոցներում և մանկապարտեզներում ներառական կրթության ներկայիս վիճակը՝ նշելով, որ 44 դպրոցներ և 6 մանկապարտեզներ են հարմարեցված ներառական կրթության առաջնային պայմաններին. ներգրավվել են սոցիալական մանկավարժներ, այդ դպրոցներն ապահովված են թեքահարթակներով, նշված դպրոցներում ներառական կրթության շահառու 1600 երեխա է սովորում։
Մասնագիտական խմբի ղեկավար Մարգուս Օրոն նշել է, որ իրենց փորձը ներառում է Էստոնիայի հարևան եվրոպական երկրների ձեռքբերումները այս բնագավառում և ադապտացվել է հետխորհրդային կրթական միասնական համակարգը ևս հաշվի առնելով։
«Մենք հաղորդելու ենք մեր փորձը՝ ինչպես երեխայի շուրջ ստեղծել այն համակարգը, շղթան, որը կաջակցի յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի անհատապես, այդպիսով կնպաստի ներառական կրթության ներդրման բարելավմանն առհասարակ»,- նշել է Մարգուս Օրոն։
Ներառական կրթության ոլորտում էստոնական փորձով հետաքրքված են նաև Վրաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ուկրաինան։ Երևանում երկօրյա սեմինարին մասնակցելու են հայաստանցի 30 մասնագետներ:
