Հայաստանի պետական երիտասարդական նվագախմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար և գլխավոր դիրիժոր Սերգեյ Սմբատյանը դարձել է հեղինակավոր Swiss Gart (Swiss Global Art Management Gart) կազմակերպության արտիստ։ Ինչպես   տեղեկանում ենք Հայաստանի պետական երիտասարդական նվագախմբի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, արվեստի կառավարման բնագավառում ունենալով ավելի քան 30 տարվա պատմություն, կազմակերպելով բացառիկ միջոցառումներ, միջազգային փառատոներ՝ Swiss Gart-ը որոշեց համախմբել տարբեր երկրների փորձագետներին Global Art Management-ի շրջանակներում։ Համագործակցելով ամենահեղինակավոր դահլիճների, համերգասրահների և առաջահար նվագախմբերի հետ՝ Swiss Gart-ն աշխատում է ինչպես մեծ արտիստների, այնպես էլ ապագայի աստղերի՝ երիտասարդ սերնդի արվեստագետների հետ՝ օգնելով նրանց կառուցել իրենց կարիերան։

Swiss Gart -ի ուշադրության կենտրոնում է ոչ միայն դասական երաժշտությունը. այն աշխատում է նաև անվանի ջազ, փոփ երաժիշտների, պարային խմբերի, բալետային կոլեկտիվների, օպերային տների և կոմպոզիտոների հետ։
