Դավիթ Լոքյանը Շիրակի նոր մարզպետին արդեն առաջին հանձնարարականն է տվել

 ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը Շիրակի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմին և համայնքապետերին ներկայացրել է նորանշանակ մարզպետ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանին: «Նոր մարզպետն այն մարդն է, ով լավ գիտի Շիրակի մարզն ու մարզի հոգսերը: Մարզպետին աշխատակազմին ներկայացնելիս ավելին ասելու կարիք չկա, քանի որ վերջին 15 տարիներին նա աշխատում էր մարզպետարանում: Նրա համար դժվար չի լինի շարունակել նախկին մարզպետի գործը»,-ասաց Լոքյանը:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, արդյունավետութան համար պետք է շարունակականություն ապահովել` առաջ տանելով նախորդի սկսած լավ գործը և դա պետք է արվի տարբեր ասպարեզներում: Խոսելով արդեն նախկին մարզպետ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանի մասին` Լոքյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց այն մեծ աշխատանքի համար, որ կատարել է Ցոլակյանը` հույս հայտնելով, որ նրա փորձը և հմտությունը կօգտագործվի ողջ հանրապետության համար:

«ՀՀ կառավարությունը փոխել է տարածքների կառավարման ձևը. եթե մենք չենք հզորացնում մեր մարզերն ու համայնքները,  ապա չենք կարող խոսել երկրի տնտեսական զարգացման մասին: Պետք է գործի համաչափության սկզբունքը, դժվար է ժողովրդի խնդիրները լուծել, եթե զարգանում է միայն Երևանը: Այսօր երկիրը պետք է շարժվի տարածքների տնտեսական զարգացման ծրագրով, դրա փորձն արդեն կա մի շարք երկրներում, օրինակ` Խորվաթիայում: Մենք պետք է իրականացնենք հստակ ռազմավարություն մարզերի և համայնքների զարգացման համար: Այս ընթացքում մարզում և Գյումրիում շատ բան է արվել, բ այց այդ աշխատանքը պետք է համակարգվի: Պետք է գործել այնպես, որ մտածենք ոչ միայն Գյումրու փողոցների վերականգնման մասին, այլ նաև` տուրիզմի: Երևանում նստած հաճախ շատերը չգիտեն, թե ինչ հնարավորություններ ունի Գյումրին: Ես արդեն հանձնարարել եմ, որ մարզպետն աշխատի այս ուղղությամբ»,-ասաց նախարարը` վստահեցնելով, որ մարզպետի փոփոխությունը չի նշանակում աշխատակազմի փոփոխություն:

«Մենք չպետք է մտածեք,որ մարզպետի փոփոխությունը նշանակում է համակարգի փոփոխություն: Քաղծառայողը պետք է լինի պաշտպանված: Եթե լավ մասնագետ եք ու գիտակ, պետք է մնաք ու աշխատեք, իսկ եթե ունակ չեք աշխատելու, պետք է հրաժարվեք աշխատանքից»,-նշեց Դավիթ Լոքյանը` կրկին շնորհավորելով Սիմոնյանին, մաղթելով ամենաառաջինը մարզում տրամադրության փոփոխություն և համերաշխ աշխատանք համայնքապետերի և մարզը ներկայացնող պատգամավորների հետ:

Նորանշանակ մարզպետն էլ շնորհակալություն հայտնեց վստահության համար` հույս հայտնելով, որ խնդիրները կլուծվեն համատեղ աշխատանքի դեպքում:

Օգտվելով առիթից` հանդիպման ավարտին Դավիթ Լոքյանը համայնքների ղեկավարներին և ԱԺ պատգամավորներին հրավիրեց խորհրդակցության:
