ԱՊՀ երկրների միջև համագործակցության շրջանակներում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության հարցը շատ արդիական է հատկապես Հայաստանի համար ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցության համատեքստում՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանը մեկուսացված է մաքսային ընդհանուր տարածքից: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, մարտի 11-ին Sputnik Արմենիա միջազգային մամուլի կենտրոնում կազմակերպված մուլտի մեդիա ասուլիսում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց ԱՊՀ Տնտեսական համագործակցության գործարար կենտրոնի տնօրեն Վլադիմիր Սավչենկոն:

Սակայն, Հայաստանի մասնակի տրանսպորտային շրջափակման պայմաններում տարանցման ուղիների վերաբերյալ հարցին ի պատասխան, Վլադիմիր Սավչենկոն տարօրինակ կարծիք հայտնեց՝ ըստ էության ի ցույց դնելով Հայաստանի արտաքին հաղորդակցային խնդիրների և Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի շրջափակման վերաբերյալ իր անտեղյակությունը: Մասնավորապես, նա նշեց. «Հայաստանի համար որպես տարանցիկ երկիր կարող են ծառայել և Վրաստանը, և Ադրբեջանը»: Իր հերթին, ԱՊՀ գործադիր կոմիտեի տնտեսական համագործակցության դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Անդրեյ Կուշնիրենկոն նշեց, որ արդեն կան գոր ծող տարանցիկ ուղիներ, պարզապես պետք է դրանք զարգացնել:

«ԱՊՀ-ի շրջանակում տնտեսական համագործակցության նոր հնարավորությունները»խորագրով ասուլիսի ընթացքում ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրների միջև համագործակցությանհարցերը քննարկվեցին Մոսկվայում մարտի 18-ին նախատեսված ԱՊՀ Տնտեսական խորհրդի 69-րդ նիստին և ԱՊՀ «25 տարի միասին. փոխգործակցության նոր ձևաչ ափեր» խորագրով միջազգային տնտեսական համաժողովին ընդառաջ:

Ասուլիսի ընթացքում Մոսկվա-Երևան-Քիշնև տեսակամուրջի միջոցով ներկայացվեցին ԱՊՀ շրջանակներում տնտեսական փոխգործակցության խորացման,մասնավորապես՝ կապի, հաղորդակցության, էներգետիկայի, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, ինովացիոն և ֆինանսաբանկային ոլորտներում համագործակցությանև ներդրումային նախագծերի շուրջ առկա խնդի րներն ու հնարավորությունները: Անդրադարձ եղավ նաև ԱՊՀ-ի, ԵԱՏՄ-ի և «Մետաքսի ճանապարհի տնտեսականգոտու» նմանաբնույթ նախագծերի զուգակցման հարցերին:

Անդրեյ Կուշնիրենկոն ներկայացրեց առաջիկա նիստում ԱՊՀ Տնտեսական խորհրդի օրակարգն ու միջազգային տնտեսական համաժողովում քննարկվող ոլորտները, ինչպես նաև անդրադաձավ մինչև 2020 թ. ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրների միջպետական ինովացիոն ծրագրին:

Վլադիմիր Սավչենկոն հույս հայտնեց, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում Հայաստանի նախկին վարչապետ ու ԱՄՆ-ում նախկին դեսպան Տիգրան Սարգսյանի գործունեության շնորհիվ կկարգավորվեն նաև տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության հարցերը:
