 Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Դաշնային ժողովի Պետական Դումայի նախագահ, ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎխորհրդի նախագահ Սերգեյ Նարիշկինի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրին՝ վարչապետը նշել է, որ Սերգեյ Նարիշկինի այցը և մասնակցությունը Երևանում տեղի ունեցած ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի (ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ) խորհրդի նիստին նոր խթան կհանդիսանա հայ-ռուսական ռազմավարական և բարեկամական հարաբերությունների, միջխորհրդարանական կապերի հետագա զարգացմանն ու խորացմանը, ինչպես նաև միջազգային հարթակներում երկու երկրների խորհրդարանականների փոխգործակցության ամրապնդմանը: Կառավարության ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ հայ-ռուսական փոխգործակցությունն ինչպես քաղաքական, այնպես էլ տնտեսական ոլորտներում կրում է դինամիկ բնույթ:

Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարչապետին ջերմ ընդունելության համար և կարևորել Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի միջև բազմակողմանի համագործակցությունը տարբեր ոլորտներում: ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Պետական Դումայի նախագահը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի (ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ) խորհրդի  նիստից և նշել, որ քննարկվել են միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարին և հնարավոր մարտահրավերներին դիմագրավելուն ուղղված կարևորագույն հարցեր: Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ նիստի ընթացքում ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունները կնպաստեն ՀԱՊԿ երկրների անվտանգության հետագա ապահովմանն ու հնարավոր խնդիրների լուծմանը:

Այնուհետև Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը և Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը քննարկել են երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող, այդ թվում՝ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շրջանակում իրականացվող ծրագրերին առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր: Զրուցակիցները վստահություն են հայտնել, որ ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում առկա է համագործակցության մեծ ներուժ և անդամ պետությունները կկարողանան լավագույնս իրացնել այն: Կողմերը համոզմունք են հայտնել, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողություններով պայմանավորված առաջացող դժվարությունները հնարավոր կլինի հաղթահարել  միասնական ջանքերով և արձանագրել տնտեսական հաջողություններ:
