ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը մարտի 11-ին ընդունել է Չինաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Թիան Էրլունին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, ողջունելով դեսպանին` նախարարը նշել է, որ հայ-չինական հարաբերությունները գերակա են մեր երկրի համար, հատկապես կրթամշակութային ոլորտում:

«Հայաստանը և Չինաստանը` որպես երկու հնամյա ժողովուրդներ և քաղաքակրթություններ, միասնական առաքելություն կատարելու խնդիր ունեն: Առհասարակ, Չինաստանը` որպես պատմականորեն մեծ ներուժ ունեցող երկիր, մեզ համար կարևոր գործընկեր է»,-նշել է նախարարը` ընդգծելով Վ. Բրյուսովի անվան պետական լեզվահասարակագիտական համալսարանում Կոնֆուցիոսի կենտրոնի գործունեությունը, որը մասնաճյուղեր ունի նաև ԵՊՀ-ում և Հայ-ռուսական (Սլավոնական) համալսարանում: Լևոն Մկրտչյանն անդրադարձել է կենտրոնի մասնաճյուղերը ՀՀ մարզերում բացելու հնարավորությանը, քանի որ, ըստ նախարարի, մեր երկրում մեծ է հետաքրքրությունը չինարեն լեզվի և մշակույթի հանդեպ: Լևոն Մկրտչյանի խոսքով` այդ մասին է վկայում միջպետական համաձայնագրի շրջանակում չինական կողմի տրամադրած կրթաթոշակների համար անցկացվող մրցույթի մասնակիցների մեծ թիվը:

ԿԳ նախարարը կարևորել է նաև Երևանում Չինական դպրոցի կառուցման աշխատանքները` ընդգծելով, որ հայկական կողմի համար այն կարևոր նախագիծ է: Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ հետագայում դպրոցի բազայի վրա կունենանք միջին և բարձրագույն մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատություններ: Այս համատեքստում նախարարը մատնանշել է որակյալ մասնագիտական կադրերի խնդիրը: Լևոն Մկրտչյանն անդրադարձել է նաև մեր երկրում բնական գիտությունների և, առհասարակ, գիտության զարգացմանը` այդ հարցում ակնկալելով չինական փորձը: Նրա խոսքով, գիտության ոլորտում մեր երկիրը մեծ ներուժ ունի. ներ կայումս առկա է դրան նոր թափ տալու խնդիրը:

Դեսպանը Թիան Էրլունին իր հերթին հույս է հայտնել, որ Լևոն Մկրտչյանի` որպես փորձառու նախարարի ղեկավարման օրոք, հայ-չինական համագործակցությունը կրթության և գիտության ոլորտում նոր զարգացում կստանա: Ըստ դեսպանի, ներկայումս այդ հարաբերությունները շատ արդյունավետ են, մասնավորապես, դիպլոմների փոխճանաչման, ուսանողների փոխանակման և այլ հարցերի տեսանկյունից: Դեսպանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ԿԳՆ-ին Կոնֆուցիոսի կենտրոնի աշխատանքներին աջակցելու համար` ընդգծելով միջբուհական կապերի կարևորությունը: Դեսպանն անդրադարձել է նաև ՉԺՀ Դալիան քաղաքի օտար լեզուների համալսարանում հայագիտության կենտրոնի և Պեկինի համալսարանում հայոց լեզվի` որպես ֆակուլտատիվ առարկայի դասավանդման հարցերին: Բացի այդ, դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ չինական դպրոցը վստահաբար կդառնա հայ-չինական բարեկամության խորհրդանիշը:
