Թուրքիայի` ԵՄ անդամակցության հարցում կասկածողների թիվը մեծանում է

Թուրքիայի` Եվրամիությանն անդամակցության հարցում կասկածողներին ավելացել է նաեւ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կանցլեր (ֆինանսների նախարար) Ջորջ Օսբորնը: Նա կասկած է հայտնել, որ Թուրքիան կարող է տեսանելի ապագայում մտնել ԵՄ, եւ հիշեցրել, որ Մեծ Բիրտանիան դեմ է թույլ էկոնոմիկայով երկրների՝ ԵՄ-ին միանալուն եւ դրա համար վետոյի իրավունք ունի:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, BBC-ին տված հարցազրույցում Օսբորնն ասել է. «Մենք Թուրքիայի՝ ԵՄ անդամակցությանը վետո դնելու իրավունք ունենք: Մենք հստակ կերպով հայտարարել ենք, որ դեմ ենք ԵՄ-ի նոր անդամներ ընդունելուն եւ ազատ տեղաշարժի իրավունք տալուն, եթե նրանց տնտեսությունը մոտ կամ հավասար չէ մերին»:

Նրա խոսքով, չնայած Թուրքիան կարեւոր երկիր է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի եւ ԵՄ-ի համար, սակայն, ինքը չի կարծում, որ մոտ ապագայում Թուրքիայի՝ ԵՄ-ին անդամակցությունը հնարավոր է:

«Մենք, ինչպես մյուս երկրները, վետոյի իրավունք ունենք: Մենք հստակ հասկացրել ենք, որ թույլ չենք տա ԵՄ-ին անդամակցել այն երկրներին, որոնք զգալիորեն աղքատ են, եւ արդյունքում թույլ տալ նրանց քաղաքացիների ազատ տեղաշարժը Եվրոպական Միության տարածքում»,- նշել է կանցլերը:

Օսբորնը նաեւ ընդգծել է, որ ԵՄ-ում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հատուկ կարգավիճակի շնորհիվ,  անգամ տեսականորեն Թուրքիայի` Եմ անդամակցության դեպքում, բրիտանացիները չպետք է երկյուղեն թուրքերի զանգվածային ժամանումից Մեծ Բրիտանիա:

«Մենք պարտավոր չենք թույլ տալ թուրքերին մուտք գործել երկիր, եւ նախկինի նման նրանք պետք է մուտքի արտոնագիր ստանան»,- վստահեցրել է Օսբորնը:

Թուրքական Aktiv Haber կայքն էլ գրում է, որ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը հայտարարել է, որ փախստականների հոսքը կանգնեցնելու դիմաց վիզայի չեղարկման հարցում ԵՄ-ն չպետք է գնա Թուրքիային զիջումներ անելու ուղիով:

Այս մասին Օլանդը հայտարարել է Փարիզում Իտալիայի փոխվարչապետ Մաթեո Ռենզիի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:

«Մարդու իրավունքների կամ վիզայի ազատականացման չափանիշների հարցում որեւէ զիջում չի կարող լինել», -ասել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը:

Թուրքիայի եւ ԵՄ միջեւ փախստականների հետ կապված համաձայնության ծրագրին դեմ է քվեարկել նաեւ Իսպանիայի խորհրդարանը:

Իսպանական El Pais թերթը գրել է, որ Իտալիայի վարչապետ Մատեո Ռենցին չի կարողացել Եվրոպայի Խորհրդում մարտի 17-ին տեղի ունենալիք բանակցություններից առաջ իսպանական խորհրդարանին համոզել դրական կարծիք հայտնել Թուրքիայի հետ Բրյուսելի միջեւ ձեռք բերված համաձայնությանը:
