Հանգստություն, միայն հանգստություն: Սթրեսային իրավիճակների մեծ քանակությունը  (ճանապարհային խցանումներից ու վերադասի մոտ խորհրդակցության վախից մինչեւ մանկական տարիքից եկողները) նվազեցնում է տեստոստերոնի արտադրությունը` հորմոնի, որից ուղղակիորեն կախված է սեռական ցանկությունը: Բացի այդ, սթրեսն ուղեկցվում է ադրենալինի արտազատմամբ, ինչը մեզ ուժասպառ է անում` հուզականորեն եւ ֆիզիկապես, հոգնածության զգացում է առաջացնում:  Արդյունքում անկողնում մենք մի բան ենք ուզում` քնել: Ուղղակի քնել:
