Փարիզի մերձակա Լե Լիլա քաղաքի «Հայոց ցեղասպանության նահատակների» հրապարակում մարտի 12-ին քաղաքային իշխանությունները հարգանքի տուրք են մատուցել Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, Լե Լիլայի քաղաքապետ Դանիել Գիրոյի և ֆրանսահայ «ԱՆԻ» կազմակերպության նախաձեռնությամբ տեղի ունեցած հիշատակի արարողությանը մասնակցել են Ֆրանսիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Վիգեն Չիտեչյանը և Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Կլոդ Բարտոլոնը, որը Լե Լիլայի բնակիչ է և նախկինում հանդիսացել է համայնքապետը։

Ելույթներով հանդես են եկել  Ֆրանսիայի ԱԺ նախագահը, Լե Լիլայի քաղաքապետը և դեսպան Չիտեչյանը: ՀՀ դեսպանն իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել քաղաքապետ Գիրոյին Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի շրջանակներում քաղաքում հայոց նահատակներին հիշատակող հրապարակի բացման համար և ողջունել Ֆրանսիայի ԱԺ նախագահ Բարտոլոնի պատվավոր ներկայությունը միջոցառմանը:

Իր խոսքում դեսպանը կարևորել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության հիշողության փոխանցման կարևորությունը ներկայիս աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողությունների համատեքստում՝ ընդգծելով հարյուր տարի անց թուրքական իշխանությունների կողմից անցյալի հետ առերեսվելու անընդունակությունը և դրա մինչ օրս շարունակվող բացասական հետևանքները՝ Մեծ Եղեռնի իրականացման նույն տարածքներում ազգային և կրոնական պատկանելության հիմքով մարդկանց խմբերի հանդեպ հալածանքների տեսքով:

Ելույթներից հետո Հայաստանի, Ֆրանսիայի, Լե Լիլա քաղաքի անունից ծաղկեպսակներ են զետեղվել հրապարակի հուշաքարի մատույցներում: Հիշատակի արարողությանը հաջորդել է պաշտոնական ընդունելություն Լե Լիլայի քաղաքապետարանում:
