«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհուրդը որոշում է կայացրել, որ 2017թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում կուսակցության համամասնական ցուցակում կարող են հայտնվել միայն կուսակցության անդամները: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե հնարավո՞ր է, արդյոք, որ գործարար Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը հայտնվի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության համամասնական ցուցակում: «Կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհուրդը որոշել է, որ համամասնական ցուցակում կարող են լինել միայն կուսակցության անդամներ, իսկ Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամ չէ»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Փաշինյանը:

Հարցին, թե իսկ եթե Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանն, այնուամենայնիվ, որոշում կայացնի անդամակցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությա՞նը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արձագանքեց. «Կուսակցությանն անդմակցելու համար կա հետևյալ ընթացակարգը: Նախ պետք է անձը կուսակցության շարքերը համալրելու ցանկություն հայտնի: Այնուհետև կուսակցության վարչությունը պետք է քննարկի այդ հարցը ու որոշի՝ ընդունո՞ւմ է տվյալ անձին կուսակցության շարքեր, թե չի ընդունում»:

Լրագրողներից մեկի դիտարկմանը, թե Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը հանրության կողմից արդեն որպես ընդդիմադիր գործիչ չի ընկալվում, Փաշինյանն ասաց. «Եկեք «Կիկոսի մահը» չսարքենք՝ բա որ այսպես լինի, բա որ այնպես լինի: Կլինի կոնկրետ իրավիճակ, կլինեն կոնկրետ լուծումներ, և կտրվեն հստակ պարզաբանումներ»:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նաև հավելեց, որ Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի հետ ինքը ընդհանուր քաղաքական կենսագրության մեջ ընդհանուր տեղ ունի: «Դա 2008թ. Ազատության հրապարակն է: Բոլորդ էլ տեղեկացված եք մեր անձնական հարաբերությունների մասին: Դա չի նշանակում, որ մենք իրար հետ խորհրդատվություններ ենք անում, դա նույնիսկ չի նշանակում, որ մենք հաճախ հանդիպում ենք կամ ամեն ինչի մասին նույն տեսակետն ունենք: Դա նշանակում է ընդամենը այն, ինչ դուք գիտեք: Մենք նույնիսկ մի կարճ ժամանակ գտնվել ենք Երևան-Կենտրոն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում: Ճիշտ է՝ տարբեր խցերում ենք եղել, սակայն նույն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում»,- եզրափակեց Փաշինյանը:
