Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մարտի 15-ին մասնակցել է Բեյրութում կազմակերպված՝ Արցախի անկախության 25-րդ տարեդարձին նվիրված միջոցառմանը, ինչպես նաև հանդիպում է ունեցել մի խումբ լիբանանցի գործարարների հետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԱՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Արախի անկախության 25-ամյակին նվիրված տոնական միջոցառմանը վարչապետը հանդես է եկել ողջույնի խոսքով՝ շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ներկաներին ջերմ ընդունելության և ամենօրյա հայրենանվեր գործունեության համար: Իր ելույթում Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, մասնավորապես, ասել է.

«25 տարի առաջ Արցախի հայությունը իրավականորեն ամրագրեց սեփական ճակատագիրը տնօրինելու իրավունքը՝ Արցախը հռչակելով անկախ: Իհարկե, մենք ստիպված եղանք հազարավոր հայորդիների կյանքերի գնով պաշտպանել այդ իրավունքը, որը հնարավոր չէր լինի առանց մայր Հայաստանի և աշխարհասփյուռ հայության մեծագույն աջակցության: 25 տարի առաջ ունեցել ենք կործանված կայսրություն , քայքայված տնտեսություն, հայաթափված գյուղեր, պատերազմի նախաշեմ, չունեինք զենք ու զինամթերք: Այդ ժամանակ ոչ ոք չէր պատկերացնում, որ կարող էինք հաղթել այս արդյունքներով, բայց հաղթեցինք: Հետո ոչ ոք չէր մտածում, որ զարգացման այսպիսի տեմպեր կունենանք: Այո, տեմպերը բարձր են, կան նաև բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ: 25 տարիների ընթացքում արձանագրել ենք այն ամենը, ինչը կարող է գնահատվել բավարար: Անտարակույս, սփյուռքահայությունը մեծ դեր  է ունեցել և այսօր էլ ունի այդ գործում: Ի՞նչ պետք է ունենանք 25 տարի հետո՝ առաջնահերթորեն ավելի հզոր ու մարտունակ բանակ և զարգացած տնտեսություն ու պետություն: Կուզեի այդ ճանապարհին միշտ գիտակցենք, որ հայրենիքը միայն սիրելու և այցելելու համար չէ, այլ նաև պատասխանատվություն է, որը մենք բոլորս պետք է կիսենք»:

Վարչապետ Հարությունյանը նաև հանդիպել է մի խումբ լիբանանցի գործարարների, ներկայացրել Արցախի տնտեսության առաջնահերթություններն ու ներդրումային գրավչությունը: Գործարարների հետ վարչապետը քննարկել է հնարավոր համագործակցության հեռանկարները, պատասխանել նրանց հարցերին, ինչպես նաև ձեռք բերել որոշ պայմանավորվածություններ կապերի հետագա խորացման շուրջ:
