ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը մարտի 18-ին ընդունել է Կոնրադ Ադենաուեր հիմնադրամի Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի ղեկավար Թոhմաս Շրափելին եւ հիմնադրամի տարածաշրջանային ղեկավարի գիտաշխատող Ֆլորիան Ֆեյերաբենդին: Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն արժեւորել է Կոնրադ Ադենաուեր հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը Հայաստանում եւ նշել, որ այն հատկապես կարեւոր է ժողովրդավարության զարգացման տեսանկյունից, եւ Հայաստանը շահագրգիռ է խորացնելու նրա հետ կապերը:

ԱԺ փոխնախագահը նշել է, որ թեեւ կատարված աշխատանքը նկատելի է, այնուամենայնիվ, հնարավորություն կա ընդլայնելու այն` հիմնադրամի ծրագրերում ընդգրկելով նաեւ Հայաստանի մարզերը, ինչի վերաբերյալ դրական է արտահայտվել նաեւ Թոհմաս Շրափելը: ԱԺ փոխնախագահը հյուրին տեղեկացրել է Հայաստանում ընթացող բարեփոխումների մասին եւ այդ հարցում ուսանելի համարել Կոնրադ Ադենաուեր հիմնադրամի տարիների փորձը: Կարեւորելով հիմնադրամի ծրագրերը՝ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ հիմնադրամի նոր ղեկավարի նշանակումը խթան կհանդիսանա նոր եւ արդյունավետ ծրագրերի իրականացման համար:

Անդրադառնալով ԼՂ հիմնախնդրին՝ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը նշել է, որ, ի տարբերություն ռազմատենչ Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանը եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը խնդրի կարգավորումը տեսնում են բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով՝ հիմնված ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի վրա: ԱԺ փոխնախագահի խոսքով, Ադրբեջանի ռազմատենչ գործելաոճը դատապարտելի է, եւ այն որեւէ աղերս չունի ժողովրդավարության հետ: Վկան՝ վերջին երկու օրվա ընթացքում զոհված զինծառայողները:

Կոնրադ Ադենաուեր հիմնադրամի Հարավային կովկասի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի ղեկավար Թովմաս Շրափելը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար եւ վստահեցրել, որ հիմնադրամը շարունակելու է Հայաստանում իրականացնել թե սկսված, թե նոր ծրագրերը: Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանում սկսված բարեփոխումները շատ կարեւոր են հատկապես ժողովրդավարության զարգացման տեսանկյունից: Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ գերմանացի խորհրդարանականները հետաքրքրված են Հայաստանով եւ մի շարք ոլորտներով, ուստի այս տարի նրանք պատրաստվում են այցելել Հայաստան: Թոհմաս Շրափելը, ներկայացնելով նախատեսված ծրագրերը` նշել է, որ հիմնադրամը հատկապես կարեւորում է երիտասարդների, եւ հատկապես՝ երիտասարդ քաղաքական գործիչների հետ համագործակցությունը եւ պատրաստակամ է լսելու նրանց առաջարկները:

Խոսելով ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականության առաջնահերթությունների մասին, զրուցակիցները համաձայնել են, որ թեեւ տնտեսական ոլորտում Հայաստանն ընտրել է ԵՏՄ-ն, այն խոչընդոտ չէ՝ զարգացնելու համար ՀՀ-ԵՄ քաղաքական համագործակցությունը, որն առավել կզարգացնի Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարությունը:

ԱԺ փոխնախագահը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել հնարավորինս աջակցել հիմնադրամի ծրագրերի իրականացմանը:
