 Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության փոխվարչապետ Դմիտրի Ռոգոզինը Բաքու էր այցելել կապված ոչ թե ռազմական մատակարարումների համար վճարումները չկատարվելու հետ, այլ այն բանի հետ, որ սպառազինությունը, որը մուտք է գործում Ադրբեջան, չէր համապատասխանել տեխնիկական պարամետրերին:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, ռուսաստանյան «Կոմերսանտ»-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի արտաքինգործերի նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովը:

Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը հերքել է ավելի վաղ մամուլում տարածված լուրերն այն մասին, որ Ռոգոզինը Բաքու էր այցելել ստեղծված տնտեսական ճգնաժամի պատճառով Ադրբեջանի կողմից ՌԴ-ից ստացած սպառազինության դիմաց վճարումները չկատարվելու պատճառով: Մամեդյարովը հավատացրել է, որ ռազմական պայմանագրերով նախատեսված վճարումների հարցում Ադրբեջանը ՌԴ-ի հետ «խնդիրներ չունի»:

«Խնդիրներ կան պայմանագրերի կատարման մեջ այն իմաստով, որ Ադրբեջան մատակարարվող սպառազինությունը պետք է համապատասխանի պայմանագրերում ֆիքսված տեխնիկական պարամետրերին: Դմիտրի Ռոգոզինի Բաքու այցը հենց այդ խնդիրների պարզաբանման նպատակ է հետապնդել: Ներկայում խնդրի հետ կապված բոլոր հարցերը բացատրություն են ստացել», -ասել է Մամեդյարովը` ընգծելով, թե գլխավորն այն է, որպեսզի ապրանքը լինի կոնդիցիոն` պահանջվող նորմերին համապատասխանող:

Մամեդյարովի խոսքով` գործարքի իրականացման ժամկետների մասով ամեն ինչ ընթանում է ծրագրվածի համաձայն, եւ բանն այն է, որ անհրաժեշտ է շտկումներ կատարել սպառազինության մի քանի կոնկրետ տեսակների տեխնիկական պարամետրերում, ինչը պետք է իրագործվի ամենամոտ ժամանակում:

«Ընդհանուր առմամբ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության ոլորտում ՌԴ հետ Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունները հաջողությամբ զարգանում են առեւտրային սկզբունքների եւ փոխշահավետ համագործակցության հիման վրա», -նշել է Մամեդյարովը:

Նշենք, որ Դմիտրի Ռոգոզինի՝ Բաքու կատարած այցի ժամանակ մի շարք ռուսաստանյան ԶԼՄ-ներ գրել էին, որ այն կատարվել է ռազմական մատակարարումների դիմաց Ադրբեջանի կողմից վճարումները կարգավորելու նպատակով:
