Պատրաստման եղանակ՝

Բիսկվիտ՝ Ձուն ու շաքարավազը միախառնել, դնել գոլորշու վրա։

Թողնել այնքան, մինչ տաքանա, հետո վերցնել գոլորշու վրայից ու լավ հարել։

Կակաոն խառնել ալյուրի մեջ բաժանել հավասար 3 մասի։ Մի մասն ավելացնել ձվի զանգվածին։

Կարագը հավեցնել, ավելացնել ընդհանուր զանգվածին, վերջում ավեացնել ալյուրի ու կակաոյի խառնուրդի մնացած մասը։

Թխել խմորը ջեռոցում 180 աստիճանով։

Բալի վրա լցնել շաքարավազ։

Ստացված հյութը դնել կրակին, ավելացնել շաքարավազի մնացած մասը, վերջում՝ բալի հատիկները։

Սերուցը միախառնել շաքարի փոշու հետ, դնել կակին, մի փոքր տաքացնել, վերցնել կրակից, ավելացնել քերած շոկոլադը։

Դնել սառնարան 30 րոպե։ Հետո հանել սառնարանից ու հարել։

Խմորը բաժանել 3 շերտի, ամեն շերտը պատել բալի սիրոպով։

Առաջին շերտի վրա քսել շոկոլադե կրեմը, շարել բալը։

Դնել 2րդ շերտը, սպիտակուցը շաքարի փոշու հետ հարել, քսել կրեմին, շարել բալը։

Դնել 3-րդ շերտը, պատել կրեմով, զարդարել բալով ու շոկոլադով։
