Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը մարտի 23-ին ժամանել է Ստեփանակերտ, որտեղ նրան ընդունել է Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Նախագահ Սահակյանն ու նախարար Նալբանդյանը հանգամանալից զրույց ունեցան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի շուրջ, անդրադարձան այդ ուղղությամբ Արցախի, Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից ձեռնարկվող ջանքերին։

Երկուստեք կարևորվեց Հայաստանի և Արցախի արտաքին գերատեսչությունների միջև ակտիվ և համակարգված աշխատանքը:

Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն այցելեց ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ, ուր հանդիպում ունեցավ Արցախի ԱԳ նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանի հետ։ Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ կատարվեց Հայաստանի և Արցախի ԱԳՆ-ների միջև համագործակցության սերտացմանը, պարբերական խորհրդատվությունների անցկացմանը, կրթական բնագավառում փոխգործակցությանը:

ԱԳՆ-ում Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հանդիպեց Արցախի ԱԳՆ ղեկավար կազմի հետ, որոնց հետ քննարկում ծավալվեց Հայաստանի և Արցախի արտաքին քաղաքական առաջնահերթությունների շուրջ։

Նույն օրը Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն Արցախի պետական համալսարանում հանդիպում ունեցավ կրթօջախի պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմի և ուսանողների հետ, պատասխանեց նրանց բազմաթիվ հարցերին:

Արձագանքելով Բաքվից վերջին շրջանում հնչող հայտարարություններին՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանն ասաց. «Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը եռանախագահող երկրներին սադրիչ է անվանում այն պատճառով, որ նրանք առաջարկում են ստեղծել միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմ։ Իրականում այդ քննադատությունն ուղղված է ոչ միայն համանախագահներին, այլև առնվազն ԵԱՀԿ-ում ներկայում և նախկինում նախագահող երկրներին, ՄԱԿ-ին, Եվրամիությանը, ընդհանրապես բոլոր երկրներին և կառույցներին, որոնք սատարել և սատարում են այդ առաջարկը։

Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը չի խորշում ընդունել, որ ինքն է կանգնած հրադադարի խախտումների և իրավիճակի սրման հետևում։ Նույնիսկ հպարտանում է դրանով։ Մի կողմ թողնենք, թե արդյոք Բաքուն իրապես կարծում է, որ այդտեղ հպարտանալու բան կա, թե դա ընդամենը ներքին սպառման քարոզչական հնարք է, մեկ անգամ ևս պետք է փաստել, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը կորցրել է իրականության զգացումը։ Եվ սա վերաբերում է ոչ միայն ԼՂ հիմնահարցին։ Նա պնդում է, թե, ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս, Ադրբեջանը տնտեսապես ամենակայուն, ամենաժողովրդավար, ամենահանդուրժողական, մարդու իրավունքների առումով ամենապաշտպանված երկիրն է աշխարհում, որը օրինակ կարող է հանդիսանալ այլ պետությունների համար, երբ տարբեր միջազգային կազմակերպություններ, մարդու իրավունքներով զբաղվող միջազգային կառույցներ հակառակն են ասում։ Ծուռ հայելիների թագավորություն է ստեղծված այդ երկրում, որի ղեկավարները, նայելով այդ հայելիների մեջ, հրճվում են իրենք իրենցով և կոչ անում այլոց՝ ապրել նման ծուռ հայելիների աշխարհում»։
