Տարբեր եվրոպական երկրներում ահաբեկչական գործողություններ իականացնելով` «Իսլամական պետություն»-ը փորձում է ամրացնել իր դիրքերը: Արմենպրեսի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին նման կարծիք հայտնեց արաբագետ Սարգիս Գրիգորյանն` անդրադառնալով Բելգիայում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչական գործողություններին:

«Ահաբեկչություն իրականցնելիս, «Իսլամական պետություն»-ը ցույց է տալիս մուսուլմաններին, որ ինքը հզոր, կարող ուժ է և ի վիճակի է նույնիսկ Եվրոպայի սրտում ահաբեկչություն իրականացնել: Նման գործողություններով «Իսլամական պետություն»-ն ուժեղացնում է իր դիրքերը, իր հետևորդների շրջանում բարձրացնում է սեփական հեղինակությունը»,-ասաց  Սարգիս Գրիգորյանը:

Նման գործողություններով ի՞նչ կշահի «Իսլամական պետություն»-ը քաղաքական հարթությունում: Հարցին ի պատասխան արաբագետ Արմեն Պետրոսյանը նշեց, որ «Իսլամական պետություն»-ը քաղաքական կառույց չէ, այն ծայրահեղական ահաբեկչական խմբավորում է, որի նպատակը նման կերպով իր վրա ուշադրություն սևեռելն է: «Տարբեր երկրներում ահաբեկչական սպառնալիքի բարձր մակարդակ լինելու հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը «Իսլամական պետության» մարտավարության մեջ նկատվող փոփոխություններն են: Եթե մինչ այդ կառույցի ղեկավարությունը գերխնդիր էր համարում զավթո ղական գործելաոճը, տարածքներ գրավելը, ապա հիմա տեսնում ենք, որ նրանք լուրջ կորուստներ ունեն, չեն կարողանում իրենց տարածքները պահել: Դրա համար հիմա մարտավարությունը փոխում են: Արևմուտքն իրենց դեմ գործողություն է իրականացնում, իսկ նրանք, ասենք օդուժին, չեն կարողանում պատասխանել: Եվ ահա պատասխանի դաշտը տեղափոխում են արևմտյան երկրներ»,-ասաց արաբագետը:

Ինչո՞ւ թիրախ դարձավ Բրյուսելը: Արաբագետները կարծում են, որ պատճառերը տարբեր են: Նախ այն, որ Բրյուսելում ավելի մեծ է նման գործողություններ իրականացնելու  հնարավորությունը: Զուգահեռներ անցկացնելով Փարիզի գործողությունների հետ` Արմեն Պետրոսյանը նշեց, որ այդ ժամանակ ահաբեկչությունը տեղի ունեցավ Փարիզում, բայց կազմակերպվել էր Բելգիայում: Այսինքն` անվտանգության միջավայրը Բելգիայում ավելի բարենպաստ է նման գործողություններ իրականցնելու համար: Ըստ նրա` այնտեղ բավական մեծ է մուսուլմանական համայնքը, ինչպես նաև մեծ է այս երկրից մերձավորա րևելյան հակամարտությունում մասնակիցների թիվը: Արաբագետները նշեցին, որ քարոզչական հոգեբանական առումով Բրյուսելի ընտրությունը շատ կարևոր է նաև այն տեսանկյունից, որ այդտեղ է գտնվում ՆԱՏՕ-ի կենտրոնակայանը, Բրյուսելն էլ համարվում է ԵՄ մայրաքաղաքը:    

«Իսլամական պետությունը մյուս երկրներին նույնպես սպառնում է: Կառույցի գործողությունները կարող են լինել Մյունխենում, ռուսական որևէ քաղաքում, այստեղ ոչ մի երկիր ապահովագրված չէ: Ի՞նչ պետք է անել: Իհարկե, նախ և առաջ շարունակել ապրել այնպես ինչպես նախկինում, որովհետև ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների նպատակն էլ հենց խուճապ առաջացնելն է, սակայն ամեն դեպքում պետք է զգուշավորություն պահպանել»,-ասաց Սարգիս Գրիգորյանը: Արաբագետներն ընդգծեցին, որ ահաբեկչական սպառնալիքն ամբողջ աշխարհում հասել է բարձր մակարդակի:
