Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ն 40 տոկոսով նվազել է

 Ադրբեջանի համախառն ներքին արդյունքի (ՀՆԱ) ծավալը 2016 թվականի հունվար-փետրվարին, նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ, նվազել է 3,4 մլրդ դոլարով կամ 40 տոկոսով:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, հայտնում է «Ազադլըգ» թերթը:

Ըստ թերթի` Ադրբեջանի պետական վիճակագրական կոմիտեի հրապարակած տվյալներով, 2016 թվականի հունվար-փետրվարին ՀՆԱ-ն կազմել է 8 մլրդ մանաթ: Մանաթի ներկայիս փոխարժեքի միջինով (1,58) այն կազմում է 5,1 մլրդ դոլար:

2015 թվականի հունվար-փետրվարի համար ՀՆԱ-ի այդ ցուցանիշը 7 մլրդ մանաթ էր հաշվարկվել: Այն ժամանակ մանաթի փոխարժեքը դոլարի նկատմամբ կազմում էր 0,82, եւ ՀՆԱ-ն դոլարի վերածելու դեպքում, այն կկազմի 8,5 մլրդ դոլար:

Նշանակում է` 2016 թվականի առաջին երկու ամիսներին, 2015 թվականի առաջին երկու ամիսների համեմատ, Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ն նվազել է 3,4 մլրդ դոլարով կամ 40 տոկոսով, գրում է թերթը:

«Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալությունը, հղում կատարելով Ադրբեջանի պետական մաքսային կոմիտեին, հաղորդել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առեւտրաշրջանառությունը մոտ կիսով չափ կրճատվել է. 2016 թվականի հունվար-փետրվարին Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առեւտրաշրջանառությունը կազմել է 2,2 մլրդ դոլար, ինչը 45,5 տոկոսով պակաս է` 2015 թվականի նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ:

Ըստ «Ազադլըգ» ռադիոկայանի` ադրբեջանցի հայտնի տնտեսագետ Գուբադ Իբադօղլուն համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ «Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության անկումն արդեն երեք ամիս է` սկսված է»:

«Նրա խոսքով` այս տարվա հունվարին արտաքին առեւտրաշրջանառության ծավալը կազմել է անցյալ տարվա նույն ամսվա երեք քառորդը: Այդ ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ` ոչ նավթային հատվածի արտահանման ծավալը կիսով չափ կրճատվել է:

«Ամենաանհանգստացնողը ոչ նավթային հատվածում արտադրության եւ արտահանման մեջ խորն անկման միտման առկայությունն է: Հիշյալ ժամանակաշրջանում սպառողական գների ինդեքսը 11,7 տոկոսով, մթերքների գները` 14,8 տոկոսով, ոչ մթերային արտադրանքի գինը 15,7 տոկոսով աճել են: Դրա դիմաց բնակչության եկամուտներն աճել են ընդամենը 10 տոկոսով»,- գրել է Իբադօղլուն` նշելով, որ երկու անգամ (27,5 տոկոսով) աճել է խնդրահարույց (չվերադարձվող) վարկերի ծավալը:

The Financial Times թերթը գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսից ավելին կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերքը, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 75 տոկոսով ձեւավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին:
